NCT ID: NCT04287348 Terminated - Clinical trials for Neovascular Age-related Macular Degeneration

Intravitreal Brolucizumab in Neovascular Age-related Macular Degeneration With Limited Response to Aflibercept

ROBIN
Start date: July 20, 2020
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this investigator initiated study is to identify the effects of intravitreal brolucizumab on recurrence-free treatment intervals and morphological features in choroidal neovascularizations (CNV) due to age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in which the Optical coherence tomography (OCT) guided treatment interval failed to be extended to 6, 8 or 10 weeks intervals in a treat and extend regimen using aflibercept.

NCT ID: NCT04281420 Terminated - Clinical trials for Solid Tumor, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

A Study of Evaluating Dual Inhibitor of PAK4 and NAMPT ATG-019 in Advanced Solid Tumors or Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

TEACH
Start date: April 13, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center, open-label clinical study with separate Dose Escalation and Expansion Phases to assess preliminary safety, tolerability, and efficacy of ATG-019, a dual inhibitor of PAK4 and NAMPT, alone or co-administered with starting dose of 500 mg niacin ER in patients with advanced solid tumors or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).

NCT ID: NCT04280354 Terminated - Sepsis Clinical Trials

Molecular Biomarkers for Sepsis

Start date: February 16, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This multi-center observational case-control study in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients is to identify novel biomarkers allowing to recognize severe community acquired pneumonia (sCAP) -associated sepsis at an earlier stage and predict sepsis-related mortality. Patients with sCAP (cases) will be profoundly characterized over time regarding the development of sepsis and compared with control patients. The mechanisms and influencing factors on the clinical course will be explored with most modern -omics technologies allowing a detailed characterisation. These data will be analysed using machine learning algorithms and multi-dimensional mathematical models.

NCT ID: NCT04279925 Terminated - Clinical trials for Maxillofacial Injuries

A Clinical Trial of Locally Made Titanium Miniplate and Screw in Maxillofacial Fractures Management

Start date: March 11, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study is a blind randomized clinical study on patients with midface maxillofacial fractures coming to Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The subject is the fracture line who met the inclusion criteria and randomly allocated into the study (locally-made miniplate and screw) and control (BIOMET® miniplate and screw) group through a predetermined randomization list. The healing process is follow up using non-contrast head computed tomography immediately after surgery as a baseline, and 3 months post-op. Afterward, a radiologist consultant as a blinded evaluator will evaluate the score of bone density, and screw loosening, while local tissue reaction after fixation evaluates during the patient's visit outpatient clinic. All scores from points of the evaluation group will be collected and going to statistically evaluated using independent t-test or Mann Whitney test depending on the distribution of the data

NCT ID: NCT04279561 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Prostate Carcinoma

Effect of Androgen Receptor Signaling Inhibitors on 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT Imaging in Patients With Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

Start date: April 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This trial studies the effect of androgen receptor signaling inhibitors on 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT imaging in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Diagnostic procedures, such as 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT, may help in learning how well androgen receptor signaling inhibitors work in killing castration-resistant prostate cancer cells and allow doctors to plan better treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04277663 Terminated - Clinical trials for Acral Melanoma That Has Been Removed by Surgery

The Study of IBI310 in Combination With IBI308 Compared to High-Dose Interferon In Patients With Acral Melanoma That Has Been Removed by Surgery

Start date: April 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase III randomized, control, multi-center study of recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 mAb in combination with CTLA4 mAb for injection compared to high-Dose interferon in patients with acral melanoma that has been removed by surgery.

NCT ID: NCT04272775 Terminated - Clinical trials for Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

A Study of MLN9708 in Japanese Participants With Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM)

Start date: June 5, 2012
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the tolerability, safety, pharmacokinetics (PK) of ixazomib alone or in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone (Rd), and antitumor activity of ixazomib in participants with RRMM.

NCT ID: NCT04271475 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension

A Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Macitentan 75 mg in Inoperable or Persistent/Recurrent Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension

MACiTEPH
Start date: July 7, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effect of macitentan 75 mg versus placebo on exercise capacity at Week 28 in participants with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH).

NCT ID: NCT04267939 Terminated - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

ATR Inhibitor Elimusertib (BAY1895344) Plus Niraparib Phase 1b Study in Advanced Solid Tumors and Ovarian Cancer

Start date: February 26, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to test how well patients with advanced solid tumors and ovarian cancer respond to treatment with elimusertib in combination with niraparib. In addition researchers want to find for patients the optimal dose of elimusertib in combination with niraparib, how the drug is tolerated and the way the body absorbs, distributes and discharges the drug. The study medication elimusertib works by blocking a substance produced by the body (ATR Kinase) which is important for the growth of tumor cells. Niraparib works by blocking a substance produced by the body (PARP enzymes) in a way that tumor cells can be killed, or made more susceptible to chemotherapy.
