Filter by:This is a randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study designed to compare the efficacy, safety, immunogenicity, and PK(Pharmacokinetic) of Bmab 1200 with Stelara in adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis.
The pituitary gland is a small pea-sized gland that produces a variety of important hormones. Some children are born with a deficient production of two or more pituitary hormones. This rare and potentially severe disease is called congenital combined pituitary hormone deficiency (cCPHD). cCPHD can cause many different symptoms, some of which appear shortly after birth and others later in childhood. Symptoms that appear shortly after birth are e.g., development of very low blood sugar, disturbances in the salt balance, and severe dehydration, whereas symptoms that appear later in life are short stature, missing pubertal development, fatigue, and sensitiveness to cold. Fortunately, it is possible to replace the missing hormones. Currently, it is unknown how common cCPHD is. Therefore, the investigators wish to examine 1) how many children are diagnosed with cCPHD before the age of 18 years, 2) how many children are diagnosed with cCPHD at age <1 year, 1-8 years, 9-17 years, and 3) the patients' hormone deficiency characteristics and brain MRI scans. The investigators will identify the patients by searching for diagnosis codes used for pituitary disease and pituitary malformations in the Danish National Patient Registry and locally at the four hospitals approved for the treatment of cCPHD in children. Through the searches, the investigators expect to identify approximately 1500 patients. The investigators will then review the hospital files of all identified patients to exclude patients with only one hormone deficiency and patients with an acquired cause of the disease. The investigators aim to include all cCPHD patients in Denmark born in the period 1996 and 2020.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of COH06 with or without atezolizumab in patients with non-small cell lung cancer previously treated with PD-1 and/or PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) and that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). NK cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. The NK cells given in this study, COH06, will come from umbilical cord blood and will have a new gene put in them that makes them express PD-L1, and express and secrete IL-15. NK cells that express PD-L1 may kill more tumor cells, and IL-15 may allow the NK cells to live longer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving COH06 without or without atezolizumab may help control the disease in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

The primary objective of this study is to compare the change in tumour size per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1) in recurrent or metastatic SCCHN patients treated with setanaxib and pembrolizumab versus patients treated with placebo and pembrolizumab.
We propose a focused, prospective pilot clinical imaging trial to evaluate 11C-Gln PET/CT followed by 18F-FSPG PET/CT in 20 HNSCC patients. Imaging metrics that are common to PET (e.g. SUVmax, peak or mean) will be determined. This study will also allow the acquisition of additional safety and biodistribution data, as, to date, only a limited number of patients have been evaluated with 11C-Gln as a direct PET imaging biomarker of Gln uptake. To date, no adverse side effects have been observed. We do not anticipate any toxicity since this tracer is a naturally-occurring essential amino acid in high abundance and is administered at sub-pharmacologic doses. A long-term goal of these preliminary studies is to validate the utility of Gln PET imaging metrics for HNSCC and to expand this imaging technique to additional patients in prospective cohorts of patients with HNSCC.
To assess the safety, immunogenicity and preliminary efficacy of 3D189 in patients with hematological malignancies.
This phase IV clinical trial investigates the impact of prostate cancer treatment, specifically androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), on the heart and coronary vessels among men with localized, non-metastatic prostate cancer undergoing definitive radiation therapy and concomitant ADT. Recently, cardiovascular toxicity from hormone therapy that is routinely used for prostate cancer (e.g. leuprolide) has emerged as a concern, yet studies identifying who is at risk and the mechanism of cardiac damage are lacking. Additionally, a new hormone therapy drug, relugolix, has recently been Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved and may reduce toxicity to the heart. This trial intends to investigate the mechanism of cardiovascular toxicity from ADT, investigate the mechanism by which relugolix reduces cardiovascular toxicity, and identify predictive biomarkers to improve individualized risk-assessment for cardiovascular toxicity from ADT.
This optional sub study is a part of the phase 1b, Open-Label Study is to assess the safety, efficacy of miricorilant in patients with presumed Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH)
