AdAM is a prospective, randomized, controlled, double-blinded, monocentric trial in patients receiving surgical therapy due to anal HPV infection. Aim of the study is to evaluate efficacy of combination therapy (surgical therapy + topical Imiquimod-therapy). It is planned to include 200 patients. 100 patients receive surgical therapy+ topical Imiquimod therapy, 100 patients receive surgical therapy + topical Placebo therapy

In the absence of specific biological markers, the diagnosis of Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis is still based upon a combination of clinical and neuro imaging features and exclusion of diseases that mimic Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis

Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) are malignant lesions that arise from abnormal proliferation of placental trophoblast. The pathologic conditions that make up this entity include invasive partial and complete hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma, placental site trophoblastic tumor (PSTT), and epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT). GTN often arises after molar pregnancies but can also occur after any gestation including miscarriages and term pregnancies. In the United States, hydatidiform moles are observed in approximately 1/600 therapeutic abortions and 1/1000-2000 pregnancies . Most cases of GTN are diagnosed when the serum hCG levels plateau or rise in patients being observed after the diagnosis of hydatidiform mole.These malignancies are highly susceptible to chemotherapy and it is often possible to achieve cure while preserving the woman's reproductive function

This is a Phase 2 non-randomized, open label, uncontrolled, efficacy and safety study. Study participants will receive two priming doses of 0.5mL of DPX-Survivac 21 days apart and up to six 0.1ml booster vaccinations every two months with low dose metronomic oral cyclophosphamide (50 mg BID) for one year or until disease progression, whichever occurs first. Pembrolizumab 200 mg will be administered every 3 weeks for up to one year or until disease progression, whichever occurs first.
