The Beneficial Value of PET/CT in the Follow-up of Stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients

The primary objective of this study is to compare the 3-year overall survival of stage III NSCLC patients during follow-up surveillance with 18F-Fluorodeoxyglucose Positron Emission Tomography/ Computerized Tomography (18F FDG PET/CT) versus follow-up with conventional CT surveillance. Participants will receive usual care until 3 years of follow-up (control group) with additional whole-body 18F FDG PET/CT scans during follow-up visits at 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, and 36 months of follow-up in the intervention group. Other tasks include: - filling in quality of life (QOL) questionnaires at every time point; - participating in an interview evaluating the addition of the 18F FDG PET/CT scans (optional); - collecting blood at the follow-up time points for our secondary endpoint (optional). Researchers will compare the usual care control group with the intervention group to see if the additional 18F FDG PET/CT scans are (cost)-effective.

Correlation Between Perioperative EEG Features and Delirium After General Anesthesia

The goal of this observational study is to compare the perioperative EEG characteristics and the incidence of short-term cognitive dysfunction in patients with postoperative delirium and non-postoperative delirium after elderly (> 65 years old) patients undergoing major gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia. The main question it aims to answer are: • The correlation between postoperative cognitive dysfunction and postoperative EEG features was evaluated.• To analyze the correlation between EEG characteristics and clinical risk factors of delirium after major abdominal gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia in elderly patients.Participants will collect EEG before and after operation and collect the incidence of postoperative cognitive function to explore the mechanism of postoperative delirium and predict postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the size of myocardial infarct between evolocumab and control groups in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). All study participants will undergo a cardiac MRI 4 weeks after primary reperfusion. The evolocumab group will receive 420 mg before PCI via subcutaneous injection.

CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD19 has been shown to be effective in heavily-pretreated B-cell ALL or NHL, but relapses post-CAR-T are common, and CD19 antigen loss is one of the reasons. Thus, we supposed that CD19/CD22 bispecific CAR-T cell therapy would be more effective and less relapses would occur in B-ALL or NHL. In this prospective phase 2 clinical trial, we aim to explore the efficacy and safety of CD19/CD22 bispecific CAR-T cell therapy in relapsed/refractory B-ALL or Large B cell lymphoma.
