NCT ID: NCT04467021 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Kidney Disease

Cancer and Blood Pressure Management, CARISMA Study

Start date: October 29, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well intensive blood pressure management works in decreasing systolic blood pressure in patients with kidney or thyroid cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) who are starting anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor cancer therapy. This study is being done to find out if a systolic blood pressure to a target of less than 120 mmHg (intensive systolic blood pressure management) can be achieved, well tolerated, and beneficial as compared to the usual approach to a target of less than 140 mmHg while taking an anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This study may help doctors understand the best way to control blood pressure in kidney or thyroid cancer patients taking anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitor.

NCT ID: NCT04466891 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for HER2-amplified Biliary Tract Cancers

A Study of ZW25 (Zanidatamab) in Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic HER2-Amplified Biliary Tract Cancers

HERIZON-BTC-01
Start date: October 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This multicenter, open-label, single-arm trial will evaluate the anti-tumor activity of ZW25 (zanidatamab) monotherapy in subjects with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-amplified, inoperable and advanced or metastatic biliary tract cancer (BTC), including intra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), extra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ECC), and gallbladder cancer (GBC).

NCT ID: NCT04466098 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Multiple Dosing of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells in Patients With ARDS (COVID-19)

Start date: July 30, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center, randomized, placebo controlled, interventional phase 2A trial to evaluate the safety profile and potential efficacy of multi-dosing of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) for patients with SARS-CoV-2 associated Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). After informed consent, treatment assignment will be made by computer-generated randomization to administer either MSC or vehicle placebo control with a 2:1 allocation to the MSC: placebo arm.

NCT ID: NCT04464551 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung

The Absorption, Metabolism and Excretion of [14C]D-0316 in Human

Start date: December 5, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-center, open-label, single-dose phase I study to investigate the absorption, metabolism and excretion of [14C] D-0316 in healthy Chinese male subjects. The study will be conducted into two steps:Firstly, 2 subjects are enrolled in to participate in the pilot study to grope for the completion date of plasma, urine and feces sampling on the 3rd day post-dose and onwards. Then, the collection time of blood and excreta samples (urine and feces) from the subsequent 2-4 subjects will be adjusted according to the pilot study

NCT ID: NCT04464330 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries

Biomechanical Mechanism of the Change of the Gait Touch Information After ACL Rupture

Start date: April 2, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

High incidence rate of knee osteoarthritis and gait analysis are important for early assessment of biomechanics. ACL injury is an ideal clinical model for studying knee osteoarthritis. To clarify the mechanism between the biomechanical status of knee joint and the change of gait touch information, and to provide scientific basis for quantifying and evaluating the biomechanical status of knee joint in dynamic load-bearing state.

NCT ID: NCT04464200 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

19(T2)28z1xx Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cells in People With B-Cell Cancers

Start date: July 6, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells in people with relapsed/refractory B-cell cancers. The researchers will try to find the highest dose of 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells that causes few or mild side effects in participants. Once they find this dose, they can test it in future participants to see if it is effective in treating their relapsed/refractory B-cell cell cancers. This study will also look at whether 19(T2)28z1xx CAR T cells work against participants' cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04463641 Active, not recruiting - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

Assessment of the Axone Micro Quadripolar Lead for Enhanced Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy

ASTRAL-4LV
Start date: December 3, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to assess the chronic safety and performance of the Axone left ventricular (LV) micro-lead.

NCT ID: NCT04462432 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries

Spatiotemporal Characteristics and Multi-body Dynamics Modeling Information After ACL Rupture and Reconstruction

Start date: March 2, 2017

NCT ID: NCT04462367 Active, not recruiting - COVID19 Clinical Trials

Northeast COVID-19 and Pregnancy Study Group

NCOVIP
Start date: July 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A prospective and retrospective cohort study. The objective will to determine the frequency of COVID-19 in pregnant and postpartum women hospitalized with flu syndrome, to evaluate clinical and laboratory predictors of COVID-19 progression and to determine the factors associated with adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes in healthcare centers in two states of Northeast Brazil. The study will be conducted including pregnant and postpartum women with clinical or laboratorial diagnosis of COVID-19, admitted in six healthcare centers in the Northeast of Brazil. All pregnant and postpartum women with clinical and/or diagnosis of COVID-19, attended in prenatal care, in emergency (maternity triage), high-risk pregnancy ward, obstetric intensive care unit and rooming-in ward will be included. The data will be collected in specific forms. The exams will be carried out by trained professionals within each institution.

Thoracic RadiothErapy With Atezolizumab in Small Cell lUng canceR Extensive Disease

TREASURE
Start date: July 28, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter phase 2 clinical trial to investigate the treatment efficacy and feasibility of combining thoracic radiotherapy (TRT) with the IMpower133 regimen in the upfront treatment of ED SCLC patients. Patients with a response after induction therapy with carboplatin/etoposide and atezolizumab will be included into this study to subsequently receive atezolizumab maintenance therapy and will be randomized to receive TRT or not. This trial aims to i.) increase the efficacy of combined atezolizumab- and chemotherapy by adding radiotherapy and ii.) determine the safety and tolerability of the combination of chemotherapeutic, immunological and radiological treatment in the first-line setting of advanced SCLC, and iii.) to collect tumor tissue as well as blood and stool samples for separate biomarker research project.
