NCT ID: NCT03418571 Terminated - Clinical trials for Respiratory Syncytial Virus Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Evaluation of ALX-0171 in Japanese Children Hospitalized for Respiratory Syncytial Virus Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Start date: March 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, Phase II study (NCT03418571) designed to support the selection of an optimal dose of inhaled ALX-0171 for further clinical development, taking ethnicity into consideration. Based on the results of the Phase IIb dose-ranging study ALX0171-C201 (RESPIRE), the Sponsor decided to discontinue ALX-0171 development in infants and to early terminate the ALX0171-C203 study.

NCT ID: NCT03414281 Terminated - Clinical trials for Nerve Block, Nephrectomy, Analgesia

TMQLB Versus TPVB for Acute Pain and Quality of Recovery After Laparoscopic Renal Surgery

Start date: January 4, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This trial is a prospective, randomized, single-center, open-label, parallel-arm, blinded-analysis trial, the objective of which is to evaluate the effect of transmuscular quadratus lumborum block (TMQLB) in the pain relief and quality of recovery in laparoscopic renal surgery compared with thoracic paravertebral block (TPVB).

NCT ID: NCT03412630 Terminated - Clinical trials for Recurrent Ovarian Carcinoma

Perfusion CT in Predicting Outcomes in Ovarian, Fallopian, or Peritoneal Cancer With Bevacizumab

Start date: December 13, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well computed tomography perfusion imaging works in predicting outcomes in patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are receiving bevacizumab. Computed tomography perfusion imaging monitors the effects of the drug treatment on the blood flow to the tumor, and may help to predict whether a certain drug therapy is likely be successful in a patient with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03410082 Terminated - Clinical trials for Bispectral Index, Monitored Anesthesia Care

Patient's Satisfaction of Bispectral Index-guided Monitored Anesthesia Care

BISMAC
Start date: August 15, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators will evaluate the effect of bispectral index-guided titration of sedation during ear surgery under monitored anesthesia care on participant's satisfaction with anesthesia, as well as side effects caused by the anesthetics.

NCT ID: NCT03409185 Terminated - Cataracts Clinical Trials

The Incidence of Glistenings in the 2017 Intraocular Lenses Made by Alcon and Abbott Medical Optics

Start date: July 11, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to seek academic/non-industry research funding support to independently investigate the incidence and density of lens glistenings in cataract patients who are implanted with the latest generations of intraocular lenses (IOL) manufactured by Alcon and AMO Medical Optics.

NCT ID: NCT03407976 Terminated - Clinical trials for Urothelial Carcinoma

Apatinib With Pembrolizumab in Previously Treated Advanced Malignancies

APPEASE
Start date: June 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open label nonrandomized Phase I/ IIA trial designed to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of apatinib in combination with pembrolizumab. Phase I will assess the safety of combining increasing oral daily doses of apatinib with a fixed dose of IV pembrolizumab every three weeks and will determine the RP2D (Recommended Phase 2 Dose). Phase II will assess the efficacy of the RP2D of apatinib in combination with pembrolizumab and provide additional safety and tolerability data in three disease-specific cohorts
