NCT ID: NCT03908671 Recruiting - Esophageal Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Study of Personalized mRNA Vaccine Encoding Neoantigen in Patients With Advanced Esophageal Cancer and Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: October 18, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A single arm, open-label pilot study is designed to determine the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of personalized mRNA tumor vaccine encoding neoantigen in Patients with advanced esophageal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer

NCT ID: NCT03907852 Active, not recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Phase 1/2 Trial of Gavo-cel (TC-210) in Patients With Advanced Mesothelin-Expressing Cancer

Start date: April 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Gavocabtagene autoleucel (gavo-cel; TC-210) is a novel cell therapy that consists of autologous genetically engineered T cells expressing a single-domain antibody that recognizes human Mesothelin, fused to the CD3-epsilon subunit which, upon expression, is incorporated into the endogenous T cell receptor (TCR) complex. This Phase 1/2 study aims to establish the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and subsequently evaluate the efficacy of gavo-cel, with and without immuno-oncology agents, in patients with advanced mesothelin-expressing cancers, with overall response rate and disease control rate as the primary Phase 2 endpoints.

NCT ID: NCT03906331 Available - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Expanded Access for the Treatment of Cancers With Rearranged During Transfection (RET) Activation

Start date: n/a
Phase:
Study type: Expanded Access

Expanded access for participants with cancer with RET activation who are ineligible for an ongoing selpercatinib (also known as LOXO-292) clinical trial or have other considerations that prevent access to selpercatinib through an existing clinical trial. The treating physician/investigator contacts Lilly when, based on their medical opinion, a patient meets the criteria for inclusion in the expanded access program.

NCT ID: NCT03903887 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of Anti-PD1 Antibody-activated TILs in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: February 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study was a phase I/II trial initiated by the investigator to evaluate the safety and tolerability of anti-PD-1 antibody-activated TILs combined with adjuvant chemotherapy in participants with stage II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. 20 participants were enrolled and anti-PD-1 antibody-activated TILs was infused into participants after the final cycle chemotherapy to assess the safety and disease-free survival.

NCT ID: NCT03900117 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Hypofractionated Radiotherapy Followed by Hypo-boost for Local Advanced NSCLC

Start date: March 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective is to assess the safety and efficacy of hypofractionated radiotherapy followed by hypo-boost combined with concurrent weekly chemotherapy in unresectable LA-NSCLC patients.

NCT ID: NCT03894618 Completed - Melanoma Clinical Trials

SL-279252 (PD1-Fc-OX40L) in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors or Lymphomas

Start date: March 26, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1 first in human, open label, multi-center, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, anti-tumor activity and pharmacodynamic effects of SL-279252 in subjects with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas.

NCT ID: NCT03885765 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Complication and Lung Function Impairment Prediction Using Perfusion and CT Air Trapping

CLIPPCAIR
Start date: September 21, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The primary objective of the CLIPPCAIR study is to construct and validate a new algorithm for predicting post-operative forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) values for lung resection candidates; this new model will be based on data derived from a thoracic CT scan with injection of contrast media.

NCT ID: NCT03881488 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of CTX-471 as a Monotherapy or in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients Post PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitors in Metastatic or Locally Advanced Malignancies

Start date: May 17, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1, open-label, first-in-human study of CTX-471 administered as a monotherapy or in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic or locally advanced malignancies that have progressed while receiving an approved PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor. The study will be conducted in 2 treatment arms (Monotherapy Arm 1 and Combination Arm 2). Each arm will have two parts: Part 1 Dose Escalation and Part 2 Dose Expansion.
