Filter by:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the EchoMark and EchoSure as an ultrasound-based method of monitoring the viability of free flaps and patency of at-risk vessels.
Basket trial concept to independently and simultaneously assess the effects of the association of atezolizumab + BDB001 + radiotherapy in multiple solid tumors.
This is a phase I, open-label, multiple-dose, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and anti-tumor activity of LDP in subjects with advanced malignant tumors.
This is a 2-part Phase 1b study of BGB-283 (lifirafenib) and PD-0325901 (mirdametinib) combination in participants with tumors.
This is a phase Ib/II study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK profile and preliminary efficacy of fruquintinib monotherapy or plus sintilimab for advanced solid tumors. This study includes fruquintinib plus sintilimab treatment arm (dose escalation phase and dose expansion phase), and fruquintinib monotherapy arm.
This is an open-label, non-randomized study to evaluate the PD, PK, and safety of 500 to 2000 mg/m2 PTX-100 in patients with advanced malignancies. PTX-100 will be administered by IV infusion over 60 minutes on days 1 to 5 of a 14-day cycle for 4 cycles unless toxicity is observed. Dose escalation is complete and the expansion is open and actively recruiting PTCL patients.
TQB2450 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1),which prevents PD-L1 from binding to PD-1 and B7.1 receptors on T cell surface, restores T cell activity, thus enhancing immune response and has potential to treat various types of tumors. As a novel multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor for tumor angiogenesis and proliferative signaling, anlotinib is approved for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have undergone progression or recurrence after ≥ 2 lines of systemic chemotherapy. The Phase III study showed that the Overall Survival (OS), Progression-Free Survival (PFS) and Overall Response Rate (ORR) were significantly better than placebo group.
This phase II trial studies how well abemaciclib works in treating patients with digestive system neuroendocrine tumors that have spread to other places in the body, do not respond to treatment, and cannot be removed by surgery. Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the tumor-specific TCR-T cells in the treatment of advanced Solid Tumor . The secondary purpose of this study is to preliminarily showed the effect of TCR-T cells in the treatment of advanced Solid Tumor .
The objective of this project is to compare chemosensitivity between chemotherapy combinations in bone marrow aspirates using 3D organoid models. The investigators overarching hypothesis is that 3D organoids are ideal to test chemosensitivity in real time, to provide personalized medicine and guidance in the setting of relapsed hematologic malignancy and potentially other cancers.
