Filter by:This study is a single arm, pilot study of sirolimus in patient with Phosphatidylinositide-3-kinase (PIK3CA) mutation, PIK3CA amplification , PIK3CA-AKT pathway aberration Refractory solid tumor and/or specific sensitivity to mTOR inhibitors by Avatar scan that has progressed following standard therapy or that has not responded to standard therapy or for which there is no standard therapy. sirolimus 1mg will be administered orally daily. To investigate the efficacy and safety of sirolimus in patient with Refractory solid tumor.
Multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation and pharmacokinetic study.
This study examines the difference between the quality of care patients receive with palliative care consult services and the palliative care unit. This may help researchers learn how improvements can be made to the level of care provided in the palliative care unit and improve satisfaction with quality of care by patients and caregivers.
This is a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized Phase 1 study in participants with advanced solid tumors, excluding hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), that have progressed after treatment with approved therapies, or for which there are no standard therapies available. The study will also include participants with radioiodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (RR-DTC). Its primary intent is to determine the effect of lenvatinib on CYP3A4 activity as well as to assess the safety and activity of lenvatinib in these participants. The study will be conducted in the following 3 phases: Pretreatment Phase, Treatment Phase, and Extension Phase.
SHR6390 is a small molecular, oral potent, selective CDK4/6 inhibitor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety/tolerability and the pharmacokinetic profile of SHR6390 in Chinese advanced solid tumor patients by using a "3+3" dose escalation.Preliminary efficacy will be also investigated in this study.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the activity of dabrafenib in combination with trametinib in children and adolescent patients with BRAF V600 mutation positive low grade glioma (LGG) or relapsed or refractory high grade glioma (HGG)
This pilot clinical trial studies magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-guided stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in treating patients with liver metastases or liver cancer. SBRT is a specialized radiation therapy that delivers a single, high dose of radiation directly to the tumor and may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Combining MRI with SBRT may help doctors to highlight the tissues surrounding the tumor better.
This is a Phase 1, open-label, nonrandomized study to determine the PK profiles of belinostat in patients with relapsed/refractory solid tumors or hematological malignancies who have heterozygous and homozygous UGT1A1*28 genotypes and wild-type UGT1A1 gene. Enrolled patients will be assigned to 1 of 3 cohorts (A, B, or C) based on their UGT1A1 genotype
The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety, tolerability, Pharmacokinetics (PK), and antitumor activity of PDR001 administered intravenous (i.v.) as a single agent to Japanese patients.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there are more complications in the extraperitoneal compared with the transperitoneal approach for laparoscopic aortic lymphadenectomy for the surgical staging of endometrial or ovarian cancer
