Self-Testing Options in the Era of Primary HPV Screening for Cervical Cancer Trial

STEP
Start date: November 20, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The Self-Testing options in the Era of Primary HPV screening for cervical cancer (STEP) trial will evaluate effectiveness of home-based HPV kits for improving cervical cancer screening uptake and its cost-effectiveness. The investigators will compare cervical cancer screening uptake within six months among women randomized to different outreach approaches based on prior screening behavior: A) Adherent and coming due: direct mail HPV kit vs. opt-in HPV kit vs. education; B) Overdue: direct mail HPV kit vs. education; C) Unknown: opt-in HPV kit vs. education.

NCT ID: NCT04080843 Completed - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules Combined With CAPEOX in RAS and BRAF Wild-type mCRC Patients

ALTER-C-002
Start date: November 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an Open, Single Arm, Exploratory and Phase II Clinical Trial of Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules Combined With CAPEOX in RAS and BRAF wild-type patients with Metastatic Colorectal Carcinoma(CRC) as 1st Therapy. After 6 cycles of combined therapy, patients will receive capecitabine and anlotinib as maintenance therapy until tumor progression. In order to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules combined with CAPEOX in treatment of patients with mCRC. The patients who are pathologically confirmed as RAS and BRAF wild-type mCRC will be enrolled. Condition or disease Invention/treatment Phase Colorectal Cancer Drug: Anlotinib Hydrochloride Drug: Capecitabine Drug: Oxaliplatin Phase 2

NCT ID: NCT03569605 Completed - Cancer Clinical Trials

Promoting Physical Activity in Young Adult Cancer Survivors Using mHealth and Adaptive Tailored Feedback Strategies

IMPACT
Start date: August 23, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To date, few interventions have been designed specifically to promote physical activity in young adult cancer survivors, nor used novel technologies for delivery; none have been successful in promoting long-term adherence to PA. The purpose of this randomized controlled trial is to test the efficacy of a theory-based, mobile physical activity intervention with adaptive goal-setting and tailored feedback that is aimed at increasing physical activity among young adult cancer survivors.

NCT ID: NCT03134872 Completed - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of SHR-1210 in Combination With Pemetrexed and Carboplatin in Subjects With Non-squamous NSCLC

Start date: May 12, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

SHR-1210 is a humanized anti-PD1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody. This is a randomized,Phase III, multicenter ,open-label study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of SHR-1210 with carboplatin and pemetrexed versus carboplatin-pemetrexed in subjects who are chemotherapy naive and have Stage IIIB/IV non-squamous NSCLC. The primary hypothesis is that SHR-1210 combined with carboplatin and pemetrexed prolongs Progression Free Survival (PFS) in per RECIST 1.1 by blinded independent central review (ITT population and population was indicated by high PD-L1 expression) compared to carboplatin and pemetrexed treatment .

NCT ID: NCT03037385 Completed - Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Phase 1/2 Study of the Highly-selective RET Inhibitor, Pralsetinib (BLU-667), in Participants With Thyroid Cancer, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, and Other Advanced Solid Tumors

ARROW
Start date: March 17, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary antineoplastic activity of pralsetinib (BLU-667) administered orally in participants with medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), RET-altered NSCLC and other RET-altered solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT01964430 Completed - Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine vs Gemcitabine Alone as Adjuvant Therapy for Patients With Resected Pancreatic Cancer (the "Apact" Study)

apact
Start date: March 28, 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to compare whether there is a delay or prevention of recurrence or death in participants with surgically removed pancreatic cancer who then take nab-Paclitaxel in combination with gemcitabine compared to those who take gemcitabine alone.
