Filter by:This is a study to investigate the efficacy and safety of an infusion of IOV-4001 in adult participants with unresectable or metastatic melanoma or advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07799933) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medicines (called binimetinib) in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor with a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799933. PF-07799933 comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine: - People with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive binimetinib. Binimetinib comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. - People with colorectal cancer may also receive cetuximab. Cetuximab will be given weekly (or every two weeks) in the clinic as a shot given in the vein or port (intravenous, IV). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. The study team will monitor how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic.
This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called REGN2810, also known as cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined). The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aims of the study are to see how effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab are in treating the melanoma skin cancer, in comparison with a medication, pembrolizumab, approved for the treatment of melanoma skin cancer in adults, and to observe any similarities, or differences, in how the study drugs work in adolescent participants compared with adult participants. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs - How much study drug is in the blood at different times - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. - How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life
This phase I trial finds out the side effects and possible benefits of stereotactic radiosurgery and immune checkpoint inhibitors with NovoTTF-100M for the treating of melanoma that has spread to the brain (brain metastases). Stereotactic radiosurgery is a type of external radiation therapy that uses special equipment to position the patient and precisely give a single large dose of radiation to a tumor. It is used to treat brain tumors and other brain disorders that cannot be treated by regular surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. NovoTTF-100M is a portable battery operated device which produces tumor treating fields in the body by means of surface electrodes placed on the skin. Tumor treating fields are low intensity, intermediate frequency electric fields that pulse through the skin to disrupt cancer cells' ability to divide. Giving stereotactic radiosurgery and immune checkpoint inhibitors with NovoTTF-100M may work better than stereotactic radiosurgery and immune checkpoint inhibitors.
This project aims to validate ex vivo the use of the OCTAV® prototype integrating the "dermoscope" function before an in vivo application, by comparing images obtained by the OCTAV® prototype integrating the "dermoscope" function with the histological sections of a skin tumor excision corresponding to them exactly, at the same level.
This study collects blood and tissue samples from patients with cancer and without cancer to evaluate tests for early cancer detection. Collecting and storing samples of blood and tissue from patients with and without cancer to study in the laboratory may help researchers develop tests for the early detection of cancers.
Researchers are trying to find ways to improve the management of people with intermediate or high risk resected cutaneous melanoma or with primary uveal melanoma. This research study is investigating using a new blood test to decide when to give a drug called tebentafusp. Tebentafusp has been used in clinical trials in patients with advanced cutaneous and uveal melanoma. This study is designed to determine if tebentafusp can help patients with cutaneous or uveal melanoma live longer.
The purpose of this single arm, multi-national clinical trial in patients with metastatic or unresectable melanoma is to evaluate the BOR and compare it to historical data on patients on anti-PD1 treatment with pembrolizumab alone.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab to treat metastatic uveal melanoma.
Among the mechanisms responsible for resistance to immunotherapy, metabolism seems to play a major role. A better understanding of tumor metabolism appears to be absolutely necessary in order to propose efficient therapeutic alternatives to target tumor cells without exerting a deleterious effect on the cells responsible for the anti-tumor immune response. The main objective is to evaluate metabolism modulations in melanoma cells extracted from metastases of patients sensitive and resistant to immunotherapies (anti-PD1 or anti-PD1+anti-CTLA4).
