Filter by:This randomized clinical trial studies the Beating Lung Cancer in Ohio protocol in improving survival in patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. The Beating Lung Cancer in Ohio protocol may help in evaluating immunotherapies and targeted therapies that prolong survival, have more favorable toxicity profiles than conventional chemotherapy and impact quality of life.
Prospective validation of a prognostic model based on advanced PET/CT image analysis in non small cell lung cancer
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of natural killer (NK) cell and natural killer T (NKT) cell-based immunotherapy in subjects with non small cell lung cancer.
This study is a prospective, single-arm, multi-center, pilot trial of Bronchoscopic Thermal Vapor Ablation for Lung Cancer (BTVA-C) in patients with primary lung cancer or metastatic cancer in the lung. Patients who have consented to participate in this study (enrolled) will be subject to eligibility screening and baseline assessments, prior to undergoing the BTVA-C procedure. Only patients that meet all of inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria will receive vapor ablation treatment. Patients will receive BTVA-C treatment followed by standard-of-practice surgical resection.
This study including two parts, one part is a randomized clinical trial design, another part is a registration study.
The third generation of CAR-T cells that target GPC3, Mesothelin, Claudin18.2, GUCY2C, B7-H3, PSCA, PSMA, MUC1, TGFβ, HER2, Lewis-Y, AXL, or EGFR have been constructed respectively and their anti-cancer function has been verified by multiple in vitro and in vivo studies.Clinical studies will be performed to test the anti-cancer function of the these individual or combination of the CAR-T cells for immunotherapy of human cancer patients with GPC3, Mesothelin, Claudin18.2, GUCY2C, B7-H3, PSCA, PSMA, MUC1, TGFβ, HER2, Lewis-Y, AXL, or EGFR expressions. In this phase I study, the safety, tolerance, and preliminary efficacy of the GPC3/Mesothelin/Claudin18.2/GUCY2C/B7-H3/PSCA/PSMA/MUC1/TGFβ/HER2/Lewis-Y/AXL/EGFR -CAR-T cell immunotherapy on human cancers will firstly be tested.
NEOMUN is designed as an open-label, single arm, prospective, monocenter, phase II study of pembrolizumab in a neoadjuvant setting in patients with non-small cell lung cancer of Stage II/IIIA suitable for curative intent surgery.
This randomized, double-blind, multi-center phase 3 study is aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of mil60 with bevacizumab as first-line treatment when combined with standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel/carboplatin) in treatment-naive patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous NSCLC.
To reveal changes of peripheral markers and blood perfusion parameters in vivo tumor in the study of QL1101 and Avastin® in patients with Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety of patients in Asia with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)who are treated with Nivolumab monotherapy as a second line or third line treatment.
