CheckMate 9LA
Start date: August 24, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Nivolumab, Ipilimumab combined with chemotherapy is more effective than chemotherapy by itself when treating stage IV NSCLC as the first treatment given for the disease

NCT ID: NCT03214003 Completed - Radiotherapy Clinical Trials

Twice-daily SIB Radiotherapy Versus Standard Radiotherapy for Patients With SCLC

TRISS
Start date: June 30, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This trial is a multicenter, perspective, non-blinded, randomized controlled phase 3 trial. In order to establish whether the SIB technique can improve the results of twice-daily chemo-RT for patients with LS-SCLC, the investigators will primarily compare survival of patients treated with standard chemotherapy (cisplatin and etoposide) and either SIB twice-daily RT or standard dose twice-daily RT.

NCT ID: NCT03212404 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Cancer

Phase 1 Study of CK-301 (Cosibelimab) as a Single Agent in Subjects With Advanced Cancers

Start date: September 20, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

CK-301 (cosibelimab) is a fully human monoclonal antibody of IgG1 subtype that directly binds to Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and blocks its interactions with the Programmed Death-1 (PD-1) and B7.1 receptors. The primary objectives of this study are to assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of CK-301 when administered intravenously as a single agent to subjects with selected recurrent or metastatic cancers.

NCT ID: NCT03211078 Recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

ENB and Photodynamic Therapy in the Treatment for Early Lung Cancer

Start date: October 14, 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

With the increased incidence of lung cancer and prevalence of low dose CT screening, treating of early lung cancer has becoming an important issue in the clinical practice of thoracic oncology. In this clinical study, the investigators will evaluate whether superDimension (superD) ENB (Electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy) in combination with interstitial photodynamic therapy can provide the chance of tumor eradication.

NCT ID: NCT03209128 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Cerebral Prophylactic Irradiation With Saving Hippocampus and Amygdala

IPC
Start date: April 20, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Hippocampus and amygdala are parts of the brain involved in the recognition of emotions, memories, memory, language ... It is therefore very important to protect them during irradiation of the brain. The aim of this study is to evaluate cerebral irradiation with saving hippocampus and amygdala protects these brain functions in patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) Radiotherapy of the brain
