Filter by:This is a non-interventional, long-term follow-up study in subjects who received ApoGraft in study ApoGraft-01. Up to 12 subjects who completed ApoGraft-01 study will be offered to participate in this follow-up study. Subjects who completed ApoGraft-01 study and have signed informed consent for this follow-up study will be eligible to enroll. Subject will attend in-clinic visits up to 2 years post transplantation, and will undergo the following evaluations: acute and chronic graft versus host disease (GvHD) assessments, survival status (overall, relapse-free), disease status (disease relapse/recurrence), physical examination, safety laboratory and concomitant medication use.
The purpose of this prospective, open-label, randomized multicenter study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of low dose decitabine in combination with modified BUCY vs modified BUCY as a myeloablative conditioning regimen for high-risk patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT).
Subjects who are recruited in this study are LLA patient, who are treated for routine control to Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, who meet the inclusion criteria and do not meet the exclusion criteria.
This clinical trial studies how well simplified patient care strategy works in decreasing early death in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia. Implementing simplified acute promyelocytic leukemia guidelines along with support from acute promyelocytic leukemia experts may decrease deaths and improve survival.
The primary objective of this study is to describe the maintenance of the molecular remission after tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) disconnection in chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) patients in China in the real-world clinical practice setting. This is a post-marketing, non-interventional, single-arm, prospective registry study in adult patients with chronic phase (CP) and accelerated phase (AP) in China. Patients will be recruited consecutively from the study sites during the enrollment period. The enrolled patients will be undertaking TKI discontinuation under the conditions of informed consent and frequent monitoring according to the clinical guideline.
This is a randomized, multi-center, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to evaluate the efficacy of crenolanib administered following salvage chemotherapy, consolidation chemotherapy, post bone marrow transplantation and as maintenance in relapsed/refractory AML subjects with FLT3 activating mutation.
The aim of the present EWALL-INO study is to confirm very promising results obtained with a combination of INO and mild chemotherapy in older de novo CD22+ B-ALL patients. For that purpose, safety and efficacy of a weekly INO administration combined to mild-intensity chemotherapy will be evaluated in a cohort of patients aged more than 55 years with newly diagnosed previously untreated Ph-negative (CD22+) BCP-ALL. Conversely to the MDACC miniHCVD-INO study and in order to lower the overall toxicity of the combination, INO will be given as part of the remission induction treatment phase during the first 2 treatment cycles only, in combination with corticosteroid, vincristine, cyclophosphamide and intrathecal prophylaxis only; then, all responding patients will received standard INO-free chemotherapy as consolidation and maintenance.
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia , also known as acute lymphocytic leukemia, characterized by the overproduction and accumulation of cancerous, immature white blood cells, known as lymphoblasts, causing damage and death by inhibiting the production of normal cells (such as red and white blood cells and platelets) in the bone marrow and by spreading (infiltrating) to other organs. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is most common in childhood, with a peak incidence at 2-5 years of age and another peak in old age.
This phase I/II trial studies the best dose of sorafenib when given together with busulfan and fludarabine in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or does not respond to treatment and who are undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Sorafenib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as busulfan and fludarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving sorafenib with busulfan and fludarabine may work better in treating patients with recurrent or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
This randomized phase II trial includes a blood stem cell transplant from an unrelated donor to treat blood cancer. The treatment also includes chemotherapy drugs, but in lower doses than conventional (standard) stem cell transplants. The researchers will compare two different drug combinations used to reduce the risk of a common but serious complication called "graft versus host disease" (GVHD) following the transplant. Two drugs, cyclosporine (CSP) and sirolimus (SIR), will be combined with either mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) or post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy). This part of the transplant procedure is the main research focus of the study.
