Filter by:Ph-like ALL is a recently recognized high-risk subgroup and the optimal therapeutic approaches are poorly characterized. Based on the pediatric-inspired, PEG-L-asparaginase-intensified and MRD-directed PDT-ALL-2016 protocol, this open-label, two-arm, multi-site trial PDT-Ph-like-ALL is aimed to evaluate the safety and effect of oral histone deacetylase inhibitor chidamide and dasatinib for adult Ph-like ALL.
This trial aimed to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of ruxolitinib in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy for post-myeloproliferative neoplasm secondary acute myeloid leukemia.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficiency of CD123-Targeted CAR-T in Treating Patients with relapsed/refractory AML
This study evaluates the effects of a whole-body electromyostimulation (WB-EMS) training combined with individualized nutritional support on skeletal muscle mass, body composition, muscle strength/function, quality of life, fatigue, pain and gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with hematological malignancies 4-6 weeks before and 4-6 weeks after undergoing stem cell Transplantation. Within this context, this study also investigates the effect of the nutrition and exercise intervention on the period of hospitalization, period of White blood cell recovery and frequency and severity of complications (mucositis, Graft-versus-Host-Disease, infections) after stem cell Transplantation as consequences of the therapeutic immune Suppression.
This study will examine the influence of donor and recipient pharmacogenetics (PG), drug pharmacokinetics (PK), and T cell phenotypes and how it may permit a tailored dosing strategy to improve the therapeutic index of post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) and optimize the graft versus tumor effect, while minimizing acute and chronic graft versus host disease (GVHD).
ETP-ALL is a recently recognized high-risk subgroup and the optimal therapeutic approaches are poorly characterized. Based on the pediatric-inspired, PEG-L-asparaginase-intensified and MRD-directed PDT-ALL-2016 protocol, this open-label, one-arm, multi-site trial is aimed to evaluate the safety and effect of a novel oral histone deacetylase inhibitor chidamide for adult ETP-ALL/LBL in CHINA.
This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose escalation study to determine the safety and preliminary efficacy of voruciclib monotherapy in subjects with relapsed/refractory B cell malignancies or AML after failure of standard therapies or voruciclib in combination with venetoclax in subjects with relapsed or refractory AML
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficiency of CD19-Targeted CAR-T in Treating Patients with relapsed/refractory acute leukemia.
This research study is assessing a new drug, duvelisib, in combination with a drug that is already FDA approved, venetoclax, as a possible treatment for participants with CLL or those with Richter's Syndrome
Gamma delta T-cells are part of the innate immune system with the ability to recognize malignant cells and kill them. This study uses gamma delta T-cells to maximize the anti-tumor response and minimize graft versus host disease (GVHD) in leukemic and myelodysplastic patients who have had a partially mismatched bone marrow transplant (haploidentical).
