This research study is studying the RGI-2001 for preventing Graft-vs-Host Disease (GVHD) in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), myeloproliferative disorders (MPN), chronic myelomonocytic leukemic (CMML), chemosensitive hodgkin lymphoma (HL), or Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).who will have a blood stem cell transplantation. - GVHD is a condition in which cells from the donor's tissue attack the organs. - RGI-2001 is an investigational treatment

NCT ID: NCT04472286 Active, not recruiting - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Healthy Bones, Healthy Life: Habitual Physical Activity on Bone & Metabolic Health in Pediatric Cancer Survivors

HBHL
Start date: November 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This project will examine habitual physical activity, bone health, and insulin resistance in pediatric acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoma cancer survivors at two time points: baseline and 6 months. At the two study timepoints, all study participants will be asked to wear an accelerometer, receive a DXA scan of the lumbar spine and hip, and have blood drawn for analysis. Study participants will be given a gift card stipend for each study visit attended. Study visits will coincide with regular office visits to Children's Hospital Oncology Clinic and the Children's Hospital Survivorship Clinics whenever possible. The potential mechanism by which physical activity mediates bone changes will be explored by concurrently measuring changes in lean/fat mass and metabolic status. This pilot study will provide data to inform the design of a randomized controlled trial to test the effect of a physical activity intervention on bone health in PCS.

NCT ID: NCT04464889 Withdrawn - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

HA-1H TCR T Cell for Relapsed/Persistent Hematologic Malignancies After Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation

Start date: July 2, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a non-randomised, open-label phase I study of an investigational medicinal product (IMP) consisting of a HLA-A*02:01 restricted HA-1H T cell receptor transduced T cell (MDG1021) immunotherapy for relapsed or persistent hematologic malignancies after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The aim of the study is to determine the recommended phase II dose of MDG1021.

NCT ID: NCT04458610 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

Zanubrutinib and Rituximab for the Treatment of Previously Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

Start date: May 26, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well zanubrutinib and rituximab work in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma for which the patient has not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Zanubrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. The study is being done to find out if zanubrutinib combined with rituximab can help control previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT04456959 Completed - Clinical trials for Precursor Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia-Lymphoma

InO - A Retrospective Study of UK Patients With Leukaemia

InO
Start date: January 6, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to describe the demographics and clinical characteristics, treatment pathway, and effectiveness and safety of inotuzumab ozogamicin in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia treated with inotuzumab ozogamicin in the real-world.

NCT ID: NCT04448834 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Blincyto Amgen Acrotech BioPharma PH2 Blincyto Marqibo R/R Philadelphi CD19+ ALL

Start date: January 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Hypotheses: The Investigator hypothesizes that targeting ALL cells with 2 different modalities, ie liposomal vincristine sulfate as a microtubule inhibitor and blinatumomab as a BITE immuno-oncology therapy, will have at least additive benefits and allow an effective, safe therapeutic option for patients. Further, the Investigator hypothesizes that the combination will result in a high rate of response and thus allow enhanced immunologic recovery. Primary Objectives To evaluate whether the combination will result in a median progression-free survival (PFS) of at least 1 year. To evaluate if the complete remission/complete remission with incomplete hematological recovery (CR/CRi*) rate is ≧ 75% following 2 cycles in adult subjects with R/R Ph- ALL and duration of remission Secondary Objectives To evaluate the rate of Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) and duration To evaluate the proportion of patients who are able to progress to allogeneic transplantation To evaluate the safety of blinatumomab and liposomal vincristine sulfate in combination To evaluate the effect of the combination and response on measures of immune reconstitution

NCT ID: NCT04447768 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

The Combination of Venetoclax and Obinutuzumab in People With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

Start date: December 3, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will help researchers collect more information about how effective the combination of venetoclax and obinutuzumab is in treating CLL in people who have not received a previous treatment for their cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04440267 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Leukemia of Ambiguous Lineage

Efficacy of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia-Based Therapy in Treating Patients With Acute Leukemia of Ambiguous Lineage

Start date: June 20, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this prospective, single arm, open label, clinical trial, a total of 50 acute leukemia of ambiguous lineage patients will be enrolled. Patients will receive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) -based chemotherapy and are permitted to receive allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) after CR . Otherwise, they will finish the consolidation chemotherapy. Patients with t(9;22) will receive chemotherapy combined with tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The purpose of current study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of ALL-based chemotherapy, effect of genetic abnormality and minimal residual disease (MRD) on prognosis in patients with acute leukemia of ambiguous lineage.

NCT ID: NCT04437420 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute T Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL)

Preclinical Project on the Traitment of Acute Lymphoblastique Leukemia With NVP-BEP800, an Inhibitor of the Heat Shock Protein HSP90

HSP-HEMATO
Start date: November 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

NVP-BEP800, a new HSP90 inhibitor, has particularly interesting therapeutic potential and represents hope in cancer pathologies. While it is currently being tested for solid cancers, no preclinical study has yet demonstrated its effectiveness in acute lymphoblastique leukemia (ALL). The investigators wish to study the effects of NVP-BEP800 on two different types of ALL (T and B-ALL).
