Filter by:The clinical study of modern therapies on flora changing in blood, oral cavity, urethra and intestinal tract of patients with malignant tumors. The study is observational. Patients are diagnosed cancer based on pathology or cell biology. The sample of flora will be obtained from their blood, oral cavity, urethra and intestinal tract, mainly to study what modern therapies lead to the influence of microecological environment including diversity and abundance of bacteria in patients who received malignant tumors. Immunological examination and Blood biochemistry evaluation include the number ratio, activity and function of immune cell, the immune cell marker(CD3, CD4, CD8, etc), C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor(TNF), Inflammatory stimulant factor(IL-2, IL-6, etc), tumor marker(CEA, AFP, etc),etc. Clinical evaluation includes image data(CT/MRI), quality of life(QOL), no disease progression survival, total survival, objective disease remission rate, etc.
At present, there are more and more reports about enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in China, but there is no ERAS treatment standard for gastrointestinal cancer, and there are many factors limiting the development of ERAS. In recent years, due to the development of minimally invasive technology, the establishment of evidence-based medicine model and the development of MDT, it makes a good solid foundation for the clinical application of ERAS. The implementation of ERAS requires the cooperation of surgeons, anesthesia management, nursing, rehabilitation and other teams. As an individualized treatment mode, ERAS focuses on the optimization of treatment for different individuals in order to acquire the best benefit of patients. Therefore, the concept of ERAS is still in the process of continuous improvement and development in China, hoping to explore the Chinese ERAS clinical pathway for gastrointestinal cancer. The purpose of this study is to optimize the clinical pathway of ERAS in the perioperative period of gastrointestinal cancer, and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ERAS in gastrointestinal cancer.
This research study, is studying the combination of cabozantinib and nivolumab in treating advanced carcinoid tumors. - Carcinoid tumor is another term used to refer to neuroendocrine tumors that arise in organs such as the gastrointestinal tract, lungs, or thymus.
This is a phase II, open-label, prospective single-centered study. Subjects who meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria will be allocated to appropriate cohorts: 1) gastric cancer, 2) esophageal cancer and 3) hepatocellular carcinoma. Each cancer cohort group will be treated with two cycles of neoadjuvant immune checkpoint inhibitor of IMC-001 (1 cycle = 2 weeks) followed by curative resection and be followed up consecutively.
This study aims to determine the safety and tolerability of TMV-018 when given alone or in combination with the prodrug 5-Fluorocytosine (5-FC) or an anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor in patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Furthermore, the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase II dose of TMV-018 shall be determined.
The MA-PPING is a multicenter prospective observational study that includes patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal cancer. The study aims to map the oral and gut microbiome of patients diagnosed with pancreatic, esophageal or colorectal cancer during their surgical patient journey from the moment of diagnosis until full recovery (three months after surgery).
This clinical trial is evaluating a drug called BT5528 alone and in combination with nivolumab in participants with advanced solid tumors historically known for expression of EphA2. The main goals of this study are to: - Find the recommended dose(s) of BT5528 that can be given safely to participants alone and in combination with nivolumab - Learn more about the side effects of BT5528 - Learn about how effective BT5528 is for the treatment of ovarian cancer, urothelial/bladder cancer, lung cancer (NSCLC), triple-negative breast cancer, head and neck cancer (HNSCC), and gastric/upper gastrointestinal cancer. - Learn more about BT5528 therapy alone and in combination with nivolumab.
A phase 1, open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of PF-07062119 in patients with selected advanced or metastatic gastrointestinal tumors
This phase Ib trial studies side effects and best dose of dasatinib in preventing oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy in patients with gastrointestinal cancers who are receiving FOLFOX regimen with or without bevacizumab. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as leucovorin, fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin (FOLFOX regimen), work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. However, the buildup of oxaliplatin in the cranial nerves can result in damage or the nerves. Dasatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Blocking these enzymes may reduce oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy.
Open-label dose escalation of Ulixertinib combined with fixed dose of hydroxychloroquine.
