View clinical trials related to Drug Interaction Potentiation.
Filter by:Previous reports have shown a possible drug interaction between clopidogrel and proton pump inhibitors (PPI´s), which could result in increased number of adverse cardiovascular events among patients on dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT). Because of this, ranitidin has been proposed as an alternative drug to PPI´s for prophylaxis of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients who need DAPT. The study´s aim is to test the hypothesis that ranitidin doesn´t have any influence on clopidogrel pharmacodynamic.
The aim in this study was to quantify the difference in cisatracurium and sufentanil consumption, and its recovery period, when patients are under balanced general anesthesia with 1% sevoflurane and patients under only sevoflurane general anesthesia, using a closed loop computer control infusion. Investigators further investigated this effect on its recovery period and sufentanyl consumption.
The purpose of this study is to determine if Warfarin is affected by PA21.
The purpose of this study is to determine if Digoxin is affected by PA21.
Study Objective: To investigate potential drug-drug interactions (pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics) of morphine and antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel, prasugrel, ticagrelor)
The purpose of this study is to determine if Losartan potassium is affected by PA21.
This is a single-center, randomized, 2-period, 2-sequence, cross-over study.
