To Study Perioperative PD-1 Inhibitor and Cesium-131 Interstitial Brachytherapy in patients with locally recurrent HNSCC eligible for salvage surgery.

NCT ID: NCT04340180 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Breast Malignant Tumor

Evaluating the Performance of AI in Evaluating Breast MRI Performed With Dose Reduction

Start date: July 14, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ability of AI to correctly aid in characterization of benign and malignant lesions even when a low dose of gadolinium is administered. This study is relevant for several reasons, most notably being the reduction of MRI dose and decreased gadolinium deposition in the brain. In addition, use of AI may provide increased sensitivity and specificity for the radiologist evaluating a breast MRI exam. Half of the population will have benign pathologies and the other half will have malignant pathologies.

NCT ID: NCT04339738 Active, not recruiting - Skin Angiosarcoma Clinical Trials

Testing the Addition of Nivolumab to Chemotherapy in Treatment of Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Start date: November 4, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well paclitaxel with and without nivolumab works in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma that have not received taxane drugs, and how well nivolumab and cabozantinib work in treating taxane pretreated patients with soft tissue sarcoma. Nivolumab works through the body's immune system to help the immune system act against tumor cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This trial is being done to see if the combination of nivolumab and paclitaxel or cabozantinib can shrink soft tissue sarcoma and possibly prevent it from coming back.

NCT ID: NCT04339101 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Itacitinib, Tacrolimus, and Sirolimus for the Prevention of GVHD in Patients With Acute Leukemia, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, or Myelofibrosis Undergoing Reduced Intensity Conditioning Donor Stem Cell Transplantation

Start date: November 11, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase IIa trial studies the side effects of itacitinib when given together with standard treatment (tacrolimus and sirolimus), and to see how well it works in preventing graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD) in patients with acute leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome or myelofibrosis who are undergoing reduced intensity conditioning donor stem cell transplantation. GVHD is a common complication after donor stem cell transplantation, resulting from donor immune cells recognizing recipients' cells and attacking them. Adding itacitinib to tacrolimus and sirolimus may reduce the risk GVHD and ultimately improve overall outcome and survival after donor stem cell transplantation.

NCT ID: NCT04339062 Active, not recruiting - Advanced Cancer Clinical Trials

Cemiplimab in AlloSCT/SOT Recipients With CSCC

CONTRAC
Start date: November 3, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this research study, Cemiplimab is being evaluated as a treatment for advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma in participants who have previously received an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant or kidney transplant. - This research study involves the following drug(s): - Cemiplimab - Everolimus or Sirolimus - Prednisone

NCT ID: NCT04338581 Active, not recruiting - Vitiligo Clinical Trials

Evaluation of AMG 714 for Vitiligo

REVEAL
Start date: December 11, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy of AMG 714 for the treatment of adult participants with vitiligo.

NCT ID: NCT04338399 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Cancer

The BURAN Study of Buparlisib in Patients With Recurrent or Metastatic HNSCC

BURAN
Start date: December 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The BURAN study is a randomized, open-label phase III study to assess the treatment effect of once-daily buparlisib in combination with weekly paclitaxel compared to weekly paclitaxel alone in patients with refractory, recurrent, or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) that have progressed after prior anti PD 1/anti PD L1 monotherapy; prior anti PD 1/anti PD L1 therapy in combination with platinum-based therapy; or after sequential treatment of anti PD 1/anti PD L1 therapy, either prior to or post, platinum-based therapy.

NCT ID: NCT04338269 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Renal Cell

A Study of Atezolizumab in Combination With Cabozantinib Compared to Cabozantinib Alone in Participants With Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma After Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Treatment

CONTACT-03
Start date: July 28, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase III, multicenter, randomized, open-label study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab given in combination with cabozantinib versus cabozantinib alone in participants with inoperable, locally advanced, or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) who experienced radiographic tumor progression during or after Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor (ICI) treatment in the metastatic setting.

NCT ID: NCT04337970 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

Talazoparib and Axitinib for People With Previously Treated Advanced Kidney Cancer

Start date: April 6, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
