There are about 2500 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Ukraine. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of antiangiogenic therapy to choroidal neovascularization secondary to angioid streaks.
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of M281 in participants with warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA).
The Study objectives are: 1. To compare the efficacy and safety of Etanercept, lyophilisate for solution for injection and Enbrel, lyophilisate for solution for subcutaneous injection, which are used as subcutaneous injections at a dose of 25 mg 2 times a week for 24 weeks in combination with methotrexate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. 2. To prove the therapeutic equivalence of Etanercept, lyophilisate for solution for injection and Enbrel, lyophilisate for solution for subcutaneous injection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. 3. To evaluate the immunogenicity of Etanercept, lyophilisate for solution for injection.
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ocrelizumab ( Ocrevus®) compared with placebo in participants with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS), including participants later in their disease course. This study focuses on upper limit disability progression. This study will consist of the following phases: screening, double-blind treatment, follow-up 1 (FU1), an optional open-label extension (OLE), follow-up 2 (FU2), and B-cell monitoring (BCM).
The study is aimed to determine the potential of volatile marker testing for gastric cancer screening. The study will be addressing the role of confounding factors, including lifestyle factors, diet, smoking as well as addressing the potential role of microbiota in the composition of exhaled volatile markers.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether a single treatment with administration of 400 Units NT 201 (botulinum toxin) is superior to placebo (no medicine) for the treatment of lower limb spasticity caused by stroke or traumatic brain injury (Main Period). Participants will be assigned to the treatment groups by chance and neither the participants nor the research staff who interact with them will know the allocation. The following 4 to 5 treatment cycles will investigate the safety and tolerability of treatment with NT 201 (botulinum toxin) when administered in doses between 400 and 800 Units (Open Label Extension Period). All participants will receive the treatment and the dose will depend on whether only lower limb spasticity or combined upper and lower limb spasticity are treated.
This study T-Cell Project 2.0 is based on the former International PTCL study designed by the International T-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Study Group (T-Cell Project 1.0: Prospective Collection of Data in Patients With Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma) as a prospective collection of data to predict the prognosis of patients with the more frequent subtypes of PTCL. It is a prospective, longitudinal, international, observational study of patients with newly diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma aiming to verify whether this prospective collection of data would allow achieving a more accurate information on T-cell lymphomas. The study aims to better define the clinical relevance of the new WHO Classification, the role of FDG-PET in staging and response assessment, the prognosis of different entities, the genomic landscape of different subtypes, and to investigate on most optimal treatment strategies for these neoplasms in the real-world population as well as molecular markers and to explore the prognostic or predictive implications of them in PTCL. The study aims to better define the clinical relevance of the new WHO Classification, the role of FDG-PET in staging and response assessment, the prognosis of different entities, the genomic landscape of different subtypes, and to investigate on most optimal treatment strategies for these neoplasms in the real-world population.
The purpose of this open-label extension (OLE) study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of etrasimod in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) who previously received double-blind treatment (either etrasimod 2 mg per day or placebo) during participation in one of the qualified Phase 3 or Phase 2 double-blind, placebo-controlled parent studies including but not limited to: (APD334-301 [NCT03945188] or APD334-302 [NCT03996369] or APD334-210 [NCT04607837]).
To evaluate the efficacy of romiplostim for the treatment of CIT in patients receiving chemotherapy for the treatment of NSCLC, ovarian cancer, or breast cancer measured by the ability to administer on-time, full-dose chemotherapy
Multicentric prospective and retrospective register collecting patient with CML blast crisis diagnosed in Germany and Europe
