Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

to investigate the effect of basal proteinuria on pregnancy outcomes of patients with Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF).

NCT ID: NCT02045316 Not yet recruiting - Preeclampsia Clinical Trials

The Expression of Aquaporin 3, 8 and 9 in Placenta in Normal and Preeclamptic Pregnancies: Perinatal and Neonatal Outcomes.

Start date: March 2014
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The etiologic agent responsible for the development of preeclampsia remains unknown. Aquaporins, members of integral membrane proteins, are responsible of water molecules movements through the plasma membrane channels, energy metabolism and associated with changes in cellular volume during apoptosis. İn such placental pathology as preeclampsia, characterized with superficial implantation and increased apoptosis leading to a relative hypoxia between mother and fetus, the hypothesis of aquaporins important role in energy homeostasis and apoptosis maybe suggested.

The Use of Airtraq Laryngoscope Versus Macintosh Laryngoscope and Fiberoptic Bronchoscope by Experienced Anesthesiologists

Start date: August 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The investigators hypothesize that when used by experienced anesthesiologists, Airtraq laryngoscope will increase the first-attempt success rate with shorter intubation times and more stable hemodynamic parameters.

Low Dose Bupivacaine Spinal for Trans Uretral Prostatectomy.

TURP
Start date: May 2013
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Spinal anesthesia, is used during the transuretheral resection of the prostate.Low dose hyperbaric local anesthetics have been used to enhance the resolution of the spinal block. We compared the efficacy and duration of the spinal block with two different bupivacaine baricities. - Group I: low dose isobaric group - GroupII: Low dose hyperbaric group

NCT ID: NCT01810081 Not yet recruiting - Cholelithiasis Clinical Trials

Gallstones and Concomitant Gastric Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Start date: March 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

In this study, the presence of H.Pylori in the gallbladder mucosa of patients with symptomatic gallstones undergoing cholecystectomy was investigated. Concomitant H.Pylori infection of the gastric mucosa was also investigated to study the relationship of gastric H.Pylori infection to gallstones. It was hypothesized that H.Pylori infection of the gastric mucosa may have a role in the formation of gallstones.

NCT ID: NCT01745315 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Perioperative Outcomes

Comparison of Perioperative Outcomes of Three Different Instruments in Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

Start date: February 2013
