The study is intended to show superiority of AZD9833 in combination with palbociclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor) versus anastrozole (an aromatase inhibitor) and palbociclib as the initial treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive (ER-positive), human epidermal growth factor 2-negative (HER2-negative) advanced/metastatic breast cancer. INFORMATION FOR TRIAL PARTICIPANTS In this trial, the researchers will look at how well camizestrant with palbociclib works, compared with anastrozole with palbociclib, in participants with breast cancer that has either spread into other parts of the body at the time of diagnosis, or has come back after at least 2 years of standard endocrine treatment. Participants in this trial will have breast cancer that has ER proteins but does not have overexpression of HER2 protein.

Clinical Performance of Different Resin Cements

The clinical performance of different resin cements in adhesion of hybrid ceramic inlay and onlay restorations produced with CAD/CAM will be evaluated and compared. After obtaining a signed informed consent form from all the patients, all restorations will be placed by a single clinician. All hyrid ceramic restorations (Cerasmart, GC, Tokyo, Japan) will be produced using the same CAD/CAM CEREC Omnicam (Sirona Dental, Bensheim, Germany) system. 70 restorations will be divided into 2 groups: a self adhesive resin cement (RelyX U200 Automix, 3M ESPE, Seefeld, Germany), and an adhesive cement (G-Cem LinkForce, GC, Tokyo, Japan) which is applied after surface treatment (etch&rinse). All restorative procedures will be conducted according to manufacturers' instructions. Restorations will be scored using modified United States Public Health Service (USPHS) criteria after baseline, 6,12, 18, 24, 36 and 48 months. Descriptive statistics will be performed using Friedman test and Chi-square test.

The clinical performance of a restorative glass ionomer and bulk-fill resin composite in class II restorations will be evaluated and compared. After recruiting participants with at least 2 approximal caries lesions, all restorations will be placed by a single clinician. All caries lesions will be removed before restoring. Cavities will be divided into two groups: a restorative glass ionomer [Equia Forte HT, GC, Tokyo, Japan (EHT)] and bulk-fill composite resin [SonicFill2, Orange, CA, USA (SBF)] All restorative procedures will be conducted according to manufacturers' instructions. Restorations will be scored using modified United States Public Health Service (USPHS) criteria after a week (baseline) 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 months. Descriptive statistics will be performed using chi-square tests.

The clinical performance of a 5-mm bulk-fill and an incremental resin composite in class II restorations will be evaluated and compared. After recruiting participants with at least 2 approximal caries lesions, all restorations will be placed by a single clinician. All caries lesions will be removed before restoring. Cavities will be divided into two groups: a 5 mm bulk-fill composite resin [Filtekā„¢ Bulk Fill Posterior, 3M ESPE, St. Paul MN, USA (FB)] and an incremental posterior composite resin [Filtek Ultimate Universal, 3M ESPE, St. Paul MN, USA (FU)] All restorative procedures will be conducted according to manufacturers' instructions. Restorations will be scored using modified United States Public Health Service (USPHS) criteria after a week (baseline) 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 months.
