The goal of this prospective observational study is to evaluate the incidence, risk factors, and outcomes for development of acute kidney injury (AKI) in intensive care pateints. The main questions it aims to answer are: - What is the incidence of acute kidney injury in intensive care patients? - What are risk factors for development of acute kidney injury? All adult patients admitted to the ICU with a stay of 48 h or more will be included in the study.

Neurological diseases are central nervous system diseases that cause an increase in the level of disability and limitations in daily life. Multiple Sclerosis (MS), stroke, and Parkinson's Disease (PD) are among the most common apparent neurological diseases, and epidemiological studies show that their prevalence has increased over time worldwide. Although MS, stroke, and PD have different causes and neurological aspects, they generally cause motor, sensory, and/or cognitive impairments, leading to restriction of the individual's activities and participation. Today, physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches together with optimal medical and surgical treatment are the cornerstones of treatment for these diseases. Recently, it has been stated that various telerehabilitation interventions in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation may be an additional option to the rehabilitation approaches applied in the clinic. On the other hand, It is important to evaluate the level of usability in expanding the usability of telerehabilitation services and determining the best telerehabilitation service. For this reason, there is a need for questionnaires investigating the satisfaction level of physiotherapy and rehabilitation applied through telerehabilitation.

The purpose of this 24-week study is to see if the SAGA-001 device is safe and effective at helping people with male pattern hair loss. Two different device configurations are being explored as part of this study. Device A has novel microneedles, lasers, and additional metal microneedles, while Device B only has novel microneedles and lasers. Participants will receive 12 treatments with either Device A or Device B over the course of 24 weeks. Treatments will be performed on-site every two weeks.

There are very few studies on the effect of core stabilization exercises on balance, posture and trunk muscle endurance in healthy sedentary individuals in literature. The goal of the study is to investigate the effects of core stabilization exercises on balance, trunk muscle endurance and posture in healthy sedentary individuals. According to the results of International Physical Activity Questionnaire, the researcher includes sedentary individuals over the age of 18 in the study. The participants are divided into two groups as control (n=21) and exercise (n=21) groups. The outcome measures are The Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback Unit, New York Posture Assesment Scale, Korebalance Balance System, trunk muscle endurance tests. Intervention includes core stabilization exercises 3 times a week and walking twice a week for 6 weeks. There is no treatment or intervention for the control group. The researcher evaluates both groups at the beginning and 6 weeks after the intervention.

The investigators aim to evaluate the intraoperative and postoperative analgesic requirement of patients. Surgeon's and patients' satisfaction will be also evaluated.

The aim of this study is to analyze and compare the effects of the Heavy Slow Resistance (HSR) training and eccentric exercise training on pain, function, supraspinatus tendon structure, muscle strength, range of motion, subjective perception of improvement and treatment satisfaction in individuals with subacromial shoulder pain associated with rotator cuff tendinopathy.

Communication between nurse and patient is considered essential to provide holistic and humane care as it allows patients to be fully understood, assisted, and their needs defined as empathetic. Travelbee, states that nursing is conducted through human-to-human relationships. These relationships begin first with the encounter of the nurse and the patient, then with the stage of emergence of identities where the relationship begins, the stage in which the nurse and the patient perceive each other's uniqueness, the empathy stage in which the person shares their experiences, the sympathy stage in which the nurse wants to reduce the cause of the patient's pain, and the final stage is the nurse and the patient's interrelated thoughts and feelings, their interest and concern towards others, a non-judgmental attitude and a person specific to each individual it consists of the stage of harmony that he approaches with respect. During this biological process, many physiological and psychological changes can be expected in pregnant women. Many psychological and social factors influence the fear of childbirth. These factors include; Lack of self-confidence in childbirth, being affected by negative birth histories, history of depression, anxiety, partner dissatisfaction, young maternal age, low income level, low education and low perception of social support, pain in childbirth or fear of losing control, and physical injury during childbirth. It is also possible that the fear of childbirth and the appearance of symptoms of stress and anxiety, which complicates pregnancy. Mother-infant bonding, which is adversely affected by mental problems such as anxiety, depression and fear of childbirth during pregnancy, can adversely affect the attachment process in both prenatal period. There are some non-pharmaceutical applications to strengthen the mental health of the mother, to reduce stress and fear of childbirth, and to strengthen the mother-baby bond. These are practices that include listening to music, psychoeducation, cognitive and behavioral therapies. With professional support in this study, childbirth will take place in a completely safe environment where stress and fear of childbirth are less. Nurses need to communicate from person to person in order to achieve the goal of effective care and to be healing. The training program was created based on Travelbee's five-step human-to-human relationship model with pregnant women who fear childbirth.
