There are about 14564 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a Phase 3 study to evaluate posoleucel (ALVR105, Viralym-M); an allogeneic, off-the-shelf multi-virus specific T cell therapy that targets six viral pathogens: BK virus, cytomegalovirus, adenovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, human herpesvirus 6 and JC virus.
Objective of the trial is to describe the efficacy and safety of satralizumab in patients with aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibody seropositive NMOSD, either treatment naive or inadequate responders to previous treatment with rituximab (RTX) (or its biosimilar)
This study will evaluate the long-term sequelae of COVID-19 in patients diagnosed with COVID-19 who previously enrolled in a RO7496998 (AT-527) study (i.e. parent study NCT04889040 [CV43043]), for approximately 6 months after the end of the parent study.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate (SZC), as adjunct to ACEi/ARB therapy (lisinopril or valsartan), on slowing CKD progression (assessed as the reduction in participant's glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] decline over time) in participants with hyperkalaemia or at high risk of hyperkalaemia.
This was a placebo controlled, phase 3 study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ligelizumab in participants with chronic inducible urticaria who are inadequately controlled with H1-antihistamines
The primary hypothesis to be tested is whether or not there is a difference in time to sustained alleviation of all targeted COVID-19 signs and symptoms through Day 28 between PF-07321332/ritonavir and placebo.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of cobitolimod treatment compared to placebo in inducing clinical remission, in participants with moderate to severe active left-sided UC and to evaluate the efficacy of cobitolimod maintenance treatment compared to placebo in inducing or maintaining clinical remission at week 52, in participants with clinical response at week 6 after induction treatment with cobitolimod.
Due to different study designs, the sponsor separated Part C into this separate registration (NCT04958642), leaving Parts A/B in NCT02534844. The trial's final results for the primary outcome measure of Adverse Events (AE) will be reported here. This study is to evaluate how safe and effective adrabetadex is for participants with Niemann-Pick Type C1 (NPC1) disease who experience neurologic symptoms (listed under Keywords). In Parts A/B (NCT02534844), two out of every 3 participants will receive the study drug. The third participant will receive 1 to 2 small needle pricks at the location where the IT injection is normally made (sham control). In Part C, all participants will receive study drug.
During pregnancy many physiological changes and adaptations occur.Hormonal, hematological and hemodynamic changes are responsible for most of the ocular adaptations. We are planning to compare the choroid and retinal blood flow values and choroidal thickness of pregnant women and healthy non pregnant women with optical coherence tomography and optic coherence tomography angiography
This study is designed to learn about response to CC-99677 treatment by measuring signs and symptoms of Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), objective measures of disease activity, quality of life assessments, pharmacokinetics, safety, and tolerability over a 12-week double-blind period.
