There are about 15072 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The study employed a post-test non-randomized controlled trial to assess the impact of the PİKSEÇ (Peripheral Intravenous Catheter Selection) application on the success of peripheral intravenous catheter (PIVC) placement, as well as on the pain and emotional level scores of hospitalized preschool children aged 3-6 years. In preschool children, aged 3-6 years, who were hospitalized, anxiety about losing body integrity is commonly observed. Children tend to think that all the material inside their bodies can come out through a wound or hole during invasive procedures. Therefore, it becomes crucial to reduce anxiety related to invasive procedures in children of this age group. In this context, the study aimed to be conducted in preschool children.
This study addresses the growing issue of violence against healthcare professionals, particularly in emergency departments. It highlights the increasing prevalence of violence in healthcare settings worldwide, affecting over 50% of workers, with rates higher in developing countries. The text reviews factors contributing to violence, including poor communication, substandard care, and the stress experienced by patients' families. It notes that nearly 100% of emergency nurses face verbal or physical assaults. The research emphasizes the need to understand violence from the perspective of patients' families, a relatively unexplored area. By identifying the factors influencing their violent intentions, effective prevention measures can be developed, improving safety and working conditions for healthcare professionals.

Congenital muscular torticollis (CMT) is a common postural deformity that occurs shortly after birth and is typically characterized by ipsilateral cervical lateral flexion and contralateral cervical rotation due to unilateral shortening of the sternocleidomastoid (SKM) muscle. It is a non-neurological postural disorder that generally affects 3% to 16% of babies. Theories such as intrauterine stenosis, vascular causes, fibrosis of the peripartum bleeding area, difficult birth, and primary myopathy of the SCM muscle have been put forward for its causes.Head position; It is thought that it may cause a negative impact on posture control and movement development, sensorimotor coordination, and retardation in gross motor function by affecting the shoulder, rib cage and abdominal muscles. Motor skills and sensory experiences begin to develop after birth and development continues as children grow. Having good motor control also helps children explore the world around them, which can help many other areas of development. There are many environmental and biological factors that affect motor development. In particular, the home environment, where the child spends most of his time, is one of the key factors affecting motor development. The home environment is known to be a very important factor for motor development in babies. At the same time, the variety of equipment and environmental conditions help children provide different sensory experiences. Since it is a common practice for physiotherapists to advise patients on home activities, exploring the home environment can have important effects on development. For these reasons, it was thought that the motor development and sensory processing suggestions given in the home environment for children diagnosed with torticollis would be supported by home environment opportunities.

This research will be conducted to examine the effect of the lung health promotion program based on the 5A self-management support model on some physiological parameters, Physical Activity Scale in the Elderly score, sleep quality, health status perception and vaccination status of adults aged 65 and over. The research will be carried out as a randomized controlled study with a parallel design. We estimate that the respiratory functions of the elderly will improve, their physical activity levels will increase, immunization against common infectious diseases will increase and people's health perceptions will improve. with the lung health promotion program based on the 5A self-management support model.
Cesarean section (CS) is one of the most frequently performed surgical procedures in the World. Moderate to severe postoperative pain occurs in a significant proportion of women after cesarean surgery. The analgesic effectiveness of TAP block has been demonstrated after cesarean section operations. m-TAPA block has been described as an alternative analgesic technique in abdominal surgeries. The aim of this study is to compare these two analgesic methods in terms of effectiveness for postoperative analgesia management after cesarean section.
This study was carried out to investigate the effect of a nurse-led disease management education program in AS on patient compliance, disease activity, functional capacity, kinesiophobia, and quality of life. A total of 122 patients diagnosed with AS according to the modified New York criteria were included in the study. The intervention group received nurse-led individualized disease management education. In the control group, no interventions were performed other than routine clinical procedures.
This study aimed to examine whether wearing masks by healthy individuals during the Covid-19 pandemic created an environment for Demodex mites, by comparing it with the control group. In order to detect the presence of Demodex mites, standard superficial skin biopsy (SSSB) was applied to the face
A randomized controlled trial was made to determine the effectiveness of prenatal pilates-supported childbirth preparation training on birth outcomes, incontinence during pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
