There are about 3709 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Thailand. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This research compare the effects of low carbohydrate intake and consumption of 3 eggs per day, and low energy diet on diabetes control and biomarkers of CVD in obese people.
This study will compare the activity of the combination of savolitinib and osimertinib against the combination of savolitinib with placebo to osimertinib in patients with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Mutation Positive and MET amplified, locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have progressed following treatment with osimertinib.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ability of a single dose of the investigational RSV Maternal vaccine, administered intramuscularly (IM) to pregnant women aged 18-49 years, in good general maternal health, in preventing medically assessed RSV associated Lower Respiratory Tract Illnesses (LRTIs) in infants born to vaccinated mothers. The study will also evaluate the safety of the investigational RSV Maternal vaccine both in vaccinated mothers and in their corresponding infant. Following a recommendation from the Independent Data Monitoring Committee of NCT04605159 (RSV MAT 009), GSK made the decision to stop enrolment and vaccination in the study. Ongoing study participants will continue to be monitored as part of the study.
The study will compare the efficacy and safety of entrectinib with crizotinib in participants with advanced or metastatic ROS1 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The participants will self-administer oral entrectinib or crizotinib as described in the protocol and local prescribing information. Treatments will continue until progressive disease, unacceptable toxicity, death, or withdrawal from the study, whichever occurs first.
A Phase 3, randomized, blinded study comparing pelabresib (CPI-0610) and ruxolitinib with placebo and ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis (MF) patients that have not been previously treated with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Pelabresib is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.
This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of using combination of 755-nm picosecond alexandrite laser and 2% hydroquinone compared with 2% hydroquinone alone for the treatment of melasma: A randomized split-face controlled trial
This study aims to assess the safety and efficacy of Thermo-mechanical system for fractional ablation associated triamcinolone acetonide drug delivery for the treatment of Hypertrophic scars and Keloids.
Mortality data are important in low and middle-income countries to assess the population health status and trends. Mortality statistics in the populations of Bangladesh, Myanmar and Lao PDR are considered as generally limited and a recent assessment of vital registration systems of those countries reported a poor performance of the death registration system. Majority of deaths occur at home in rural area of those countries without cause of death assigned. To address this problem, the investigators will use verbal autopsy (VA) method developed by WHO to ascertain the cause of a death based on an interview with a family member or caregiver of deceased person to obtain information about causes of death in study rural communities. Death related to a specific cause will be defined by ICD-10 codes and described as primary, secondary or underlying COD. The study is planned to conduct in approximately 390 rural village communities covered by Southeast Asia clinical trial network (SEACTN) network in proposed 3 countries. The study findings will help establish a better understanding in signs, symptoms, medical history and circumstances preceding death; prioritize future interventions for early and effective diagnostics and treatment for diseases and how to keep mortality surveillance ongoing in study rural settings.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AZD9977 in combination with dapagliflozin compared with dapagliflozin alone and to assess the dose-response relationship, dapagliflozin alone and 3 doses of AZD9977 combined with dapagliflozin on urinary albumin to creatinine ratio (UACR). The study will be conducted in participants with heart failure (HF) with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF [below 60%]) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR [between ≥ 20 and ≤ 60 mL/min/1.73 m^2, with at least 20% of participants with eGFR ≥ 20 to <30 mL/min/1.73^2 and a maximum of 35% of participants with eGFR ≥ 45 mL/min/1.73 m^2]).
Primary Objective: To describe the immune response induced by VRVg-2 and Verorab vaccines at D14 and D35 when co-administered with Human Rabies Immunoglobulins (HRIG) at D0, according to the Zagreb (2-1-1) IM regimen in healthy adult subjects. Secondary Objective: Immunogenicity To describe the immune response induced by VRVg-2 and Verorab vaccines at D90 when co-administered with HRIG at D0, according to the Zagreb (2-1-1) IM regimen in healthy adult subjects. Safety To describe the safety profile of VRVg-2 and Verorab vaccines when co administered with HRIG at D0, after each vaccination.
