There are about 8563 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Sweden. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a single intravenous (IV) re-induction dose of approximately 6 milligram per kilogram (mg/kg) ustekinumab in participants with secondary loss of response (LoR) to subcutaneous (SC) every 8 Weeks (q8w) 90 mg ustekinumab maintenance therapy.
Central venous catheters are common in modern health care and are being increasingly used in both intensive care units and general wards. The primary aim of this study is to determine the incidence of mechanical complications within 24 hours after central venous catheterisation. The secondary aim is to identify risk factors associated with mechanical complications within 24 hours after catheterisation.
Critically ill patients with spontaneously prolonged pro-thrombin time, where administration of intravenous administration of phytomenadione (vitamin K) has been ordered by the treating physician will be identified. After signed informed consent baseline samples will be collected. Phytomenadione will be given and 24 hours after administration new blood samples will be collected. Several different advanced coagulation and vitamin K-assays will be performed before and 24 hours after vitamin K administration.
This is a 24-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intranasal administration of 186 and 372 μg twice daily (BID) of OPN-375 in subjects with chronic rhinosinusitis (CS) with or without nasal polyps.
The purpose of this study was to assess the safety and tolerability of ABBV-951 (Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa) in participants with Parkinson's disease (PD). This was a single-arm study with preplanned analyses conducted by dose subgroup (Low Dose or High Dose) based on the modal total daily dose (most frequent dose) over the treatment period.
This was a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, dose-ranging study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A (AGN-151607) injections into the epicardial fat pads, foci of ganglionic plexi, to prevent Post-Operative Atrial Fibrillation (POAF) in patients undergoing open-chest cardiac surgery.
To assess the safety of a single dose of IV infusion of bone-marrow derived autologous Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) with progressive disease status.
This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of combination therapy of lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) and pembrolizumab following approximately 2 years of pembrolizumab therapy and approximately 2 years or more lenvatinib therapy in adult participants with unresectable or advanced melanoma who have been exposed to anti-PD-1/L1 agents approved for unresectable or metastatic melanoma. No statistical hypothesis will be tested in this study.
The objective of this non-interventional long-term follow-up observation is to evaluate the long-term sustainability of two surgical treatments of peri-implantitis with and without Geistlich Bio-Oss® and Geistlich Bio-Gide® from a previous study
This study is an extension to the HP-CD-CL-2002 clinical study. It evaluates the long-term safety and tolerability of CDNF in patients with Parkinson's disease when dosed directly into the brain using an implanted investigational drug delivery system (DDS). Long-term safety of the DDS is also being evaluated. All patients will receive monthly infusions of either mid- or high-dose of CDNF for a period of 6 months.
