NCT ID: NCT05413083 Active, not recruiting - Cirrhosis Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Cardiac Function in Acutely Decompensated Cirrhosis

DYNACORD-AD
Start date: June 6, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This project aims to investigate cardiac function in patients with cirrhosis in the acute setting. Acute decompensation and acute-on-chronic liver failure are major events in the life of a patient as they herald disease progression and negative prognosis. Cardiocirculatory function will be assessed by serial assessments in patients admitted for acute decompensation of cirrhosis.

NCT ID: NCT05403541 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Generalized Myasthenia Gravis

Phase 3 Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Batoclimab as Induction and Maintenance Therapy in Adult Participants With Generalized Myasthenia Gravis

Start date: June 27, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this 4-period study is to confirm the efficacy and safety of batoclimab in participants with gMG. In Period 1, participants will be randomized 1:1:1 to receive batoclimab 680 milligrams (mg) subcutaneously (SC) once a week (QW) or 340 mg SC QW or placebo. The primary efficacy endpoint will be assessed by change in the myasthenia gravis activities of daily living (MG- ADL) score in acetylcholine receptor antibody seropositive (AChRAb+) participants. In Period 2, participants previously treated with batoclimab will be re-randomized to stay on batoclimab (340 mg SC QW or 340 mg SC every two weeks) or receive placebo treatment. The secondary endpoint of maintenance of efficacy will be assessed by change in the MG- ADL score in AChRAb+ participants. Participants demonstrating a response to batoclimab during either Period 1 or 2 may enter the long-term extension (Period 3). Participants who complete Period 3 are eligible to participate in Period 4 (Optional Long-Term extension) according to their treatment assignment in Period 3.

NCT ID: NCT05396807 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colon Cancer

REVERT - taRgeted thErapy for adVanced colorEctal canceR paTients

REVERT
Start date: March 21, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a clinical prospective, no-Profit, Interventional, Premarket Medical Device "early phase", multicentre, single-arm study, based on collecting data on predictive biomarkers of mCRC patients, integrate them with the results of the retrospective evaluation of outcomes and profiles of historical mCRC patients previously treated in the Oncology Units, in order to evaluate the efficacy of the best administered treatment. Results from the retrospective evaluation, will serve to build an AI-based profile capable to identify "good" or "poor" responders to therapy and to support the clinician towards the best treatment option. AI is a software based on algorithm defined as Medical Device Class IIa.

NCT ID: NCT05396547 Recruiting - Cataract in Old Age Clinical Trials

Study On The Performance And Safety Of The LEDINBIO CE Device On Visual Acuity In Subjects With Cataract

Start date: June 28, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Single arm, unmasked study to evaluate the performance and safety of the LEDINBIO CE Device for the non-invasive treatment of vision loss in age-related cataract.

NCT ID: NCT05386550 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Cancer

Phase III Xevinapant (Debio 1143) and Radiotherapy in Resected LA SCCHN, High Risk, Cisplatin-ineligible Participants (XRAY VISION)

Start date: October 6, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the superior efficacy of Xevinapant (Debio 1143) versus placebo when added to radiotherapy in the treatment of high-risk participants with resected locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (LA SCCHN) who are ineligible to receive cisplatin-based chemoradiation concurrently. Study details include: Study duration: Participants will be followed until the last on-study participant reaches his/her 60-month post-randomization visit, a decision to end the study has been triggered, or until premature discontinuation from study, whichever occurs first. Treatment duration: 18 weeks, consisting of six 3-week cycles. Health measurement/observation: Improved Disease-Free Survival. Visit frequency: Weekly visit during combination therapy period, once every 3 weeks during monotherapy period, and every 3, 4, or 6 months during the Disease-Free Survival Follow-up period in Year 1, 2 and 3, or 4 and 5 (with telephone contact in between), respectively, and every 3 months (telephone visits allowed) during the Overall Survival Follow-up period.
