NCT ID: NCT03142334 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

Safety and Efficacy Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) as Monotherapy in the Adjuvant Treatment of Renal Cell Carcinoma Post Nephrectomy (MK-3475-564/KEYNOTE-564)

Start date: June 9, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in the adjuvant treatment of adult participants who have undergone nephrectomy and have intermediate-high risk, high risk, or M1 no evidence of disease (M1 NED) renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with clear cell component. The primary study hypothesis is that pembrolizumab is superior to placebo with respect to Disease-free Survival (DFS) as assessed by the Investigator in male and female participants with intermediate-high risk, high risk and M1 NED RCC.

BOSTON
Start date: May 24, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This Phase 3, 2-arm, randomized, active comparator-controlled, open-label, multicenter study will compare the efficacy and health-related quality of life (HR-QoL) and assess the safety of selinexor plus bortezomib (Velcade) plus low-dose dexamethasone (SVd) versus bortezomib plus low-dose dexamethasone (Vd) in adult patients with RRMM who have received 1 to 3 prior anti-multiple myeloma (MM) regimens. Crossover from the Vd Arm to a treatment that includes selinexor (i.e., SVdX or SdX) will be allowed at the point of IRC-confirmed objective disease progression per the IMWG criteria for patients in the Vd Arm.

Start date: April 9, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study consists of 4 sub-studies, as follows: - Sub-study 1 (Randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risankizumab versus placebo as maintenance therapy in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who responded to intravenous risankizumab induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991; - Sub-study 2 (Randomized, exploratory maintenance study) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two different dosing regimens for risankizumab as maintenance therapy in participants who responded to induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991; - Sub-study 3 (Open-label, long-term extension study) to evaluate long-term safety of risankizumab in participants who completed Sub-study 1, Sub-study 2, another AbbVie risankizumab Crohn's disease study, or participants who responded to induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991 with no final endoscopy due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
