There are about 9702 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Poland. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Atopic dermatitis is an ongoing condition that causes skin irritation, redness, and itchiness. Treatments are usually topical - applied to the skin (e.g., moisturisers or medicated creams) - but a wider variety of systemic treatments (that target the whole body) are needed for those whose condition does not improve with topical treatments. Methotrexate, a drug approved for similar conditions such as arthritis and psoriasis, has been shown to improve atopic dermatitis. This randomised, controlled clinical trial will investigate how effective.
This study is being conducted to establish the efficacy of ruxolitinib cream in participants with moderate AD who had an inadequate response to, or are intolerant to, or contraindicated to topical corticosteroid (TCS)s and topical calcineurin inhibitor (TCI)s.
This pilot RCT will assess benefits of Simeox technology on lung function, respiratory symptoms, health-related quality of life, subjective efficiency, device adherence at home, Patient satisfaction, tolerance, safety, and telecare feasibility.
Effect of Erector Spinae Plane Block and iPACK block with Adductor Canal Block on pain management, and NLR and PLR following knee arthroplasty
Effect of perineurial dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine on erector spinal plane block duration for spine surgery.
Effect of perineurial dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine on erector spinal plane block duration for hip arthroplasty
Effect of perineurial dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine on popliteal nerve block duration for pediatric, ankle or foot surgery
Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting condition causing inflammation that can affect any part of the gut. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TAK-279 versus placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD). The main aim of this study is to learn if the 3 different doses of TAK-279 reduce bowel inflammation and ulcers in the bowel compared to the placebo after 12 weeks of treatment. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate any problems. An endoscopy will be used to check the bowel for inflammation. The participants will be treated with TAK-279 for 52 weeks (1 year). During the study, participants will visit their study clinic 15 times.t
The primary aim of the current study is determine the effect of beetroot juice consumption on maximal grip strength and EMG muscle activity
The impact of a proprietary training program in normobaric hypoxia on changes in bone turnover markers as well as carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in premenopausal women falls within the realm of physical culture for an active and healthy society. Within this context, the implementation of a project is supported aiming to: 1. Monitor, support, and promote physical development, fitness, and physical activity in society, by assessing the effects of a proprietary training program in normobaric hypoxia on changes in bone turnover markers as well as carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in premenopausal women. 2. Develop and implement innovative methods, forms, and means of physical activation and training for individuals of various ages, by formulating general assumptions of an endurance-strength training concept under normobaric hypoxia conditions, concerning changes in bone turnover markers as well as carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in premenopausal women. 3. Prevent injuries in physical education and sports, by designing a useful training program for osteoporosis prevention as well as for managing carbohydrate and lipid metabolism disorders in premenopausal women.
