NCT ID: NCT03886246 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Generalized Pustular Psoriasis

Effisayilâ„¢ ON: A Study to Test Long-term Treatment With Spesolimab in People With Generalized Pustular Psoriasis Who Took Part in a Previous Study

Start date: May 27, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is open to people with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP). People can only take part if they have completed treatment in a previous study with spesolimab (1368-0013 or 1368-0027). The goal of this study is to find out how well people with GPP tolerate long-term treatment with spesolimab. The study also tests whether spesolimab helps improve GPP symptoms and how quickly the symptoms improve after a flare-up. Every participant gets spesolimab for almost 5 years (252 weeks). Depending on their symptoms and whether they had a GPP flare during the previous trial, they get spesolimab every few weeks. When participants have a GPP flare during this trial, they get spesolimab as an infusion into a vein. Participants visit their doctors regularly. During these visits, the doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants. To assess the study endpoints, doctors regularly check participants' skin.

NCT ID: NCT03844828 Active, not recruiting - Cataract Clinical Trials

Clinical Study to Investigate Outcomes of Trifocal Toric IOL POD FT in Asian Eyes

Start date: March 25, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Prospective, controlled, single-surgeon, single-center clinical study to compare visual acuity outcomes to data obtained in a similar study by the same principal investigator on the trifocal IOL POD F (study no. PHY1802, ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT03688425)

NCT ID: NCT03843125 Terminated - Clinical trials for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

A Study of Baricitinib in Participants With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)

SLE-BRAVE-X
Start date: September 9, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The reason for this long term study is to see how safe and effective the study drug known as baricitinib is in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who have completed the final treatment visit of study I4V-MC-JAHZ (NCT03616912) or study I4V-MC-JAIA (NCT03616964).

NCT ID: NCT03841448 Terminated - Clinical trials for Glomerulonephritis, IgA

A Study of Cemdisiran in Adults With Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy (IgAN)

Start date: September 30, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of cemdisiran on proteinuria in adults with immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN), who excrete >1 gram (gm) of protein per day despite standard of care, which includes treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB). These participants are at high risk for progression of kidney disease, which can result in end-stage renal failure.

NCT ID: NCT03837327 Completed - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Validation of the InterVenn Ovarian CAncer Liquid Biopsy

VOCAL
Start date: April 16, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Venn Biosciences Corporation ("InterVenn") has developed a liquid biopsy that is capable of distinguishing benign from malignant masses in women presenting with adnexal (pelvic) masses, through a simple blood test. The underlying technology combines mass spectrometry and artificial intelligence/machine learning to analyze tumor-associated changes in circulating glycoproteins. The purpose of this study is to prospectively collect de-identified biological samples and data from women with a known pelvic mass, in order to validate ovarian cancer specific glycoproteomic signatures in the blood based on histologically confirmed malignancy status of the mass.

NCT ID: NCT03834220 Terminated - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

Basket Trial in Solid Tumors Harboring a Fusion of FGFR1, FGFR2 or FGFR3- (FUZE Clinical Trial)

Start date: March 22, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of Debio 1347 in terms of objective response rate (ORR) in participants with solid tumors harboring fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR)1-3 gene fusion/rearrangement.

Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, multi-center, double-blind, placebo-controlled, global, Phase III study to determine the efficacy and safety of durvalumab + Chemoradiotherapy versus Chemoradiotherapy alone as treatment in Women With Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

NCT ID: NCT03828201 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Tuberculosis, Multidrug-Resistant

Efficacy and Tolerability of Bedaquiline, Delamanid, Levofloxacin, Linezolid, and Clofazimine to Treat MDR-TB

DRAMATIC
Start date: June 7, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is tuberculosis (TB) that is resistant to at least isoniazid and rifampicin, the two most important anti-TB drugs. It occurs in 3.6% of newly diagnosed TB patients in the world and 17% of patients who have been previously treated. In 2017, approximately 600,000 people were estimated to have acquired MDR-TB. However, only 25% of persons with MDR-TB were diagnosed and started on treatment, reflecting inadequate diagnostic capacity and lack of TB treatment capacity. In this multicenter, randomized, partially blinded, four-arm, phase 2 study, the investigators will examine the efficacy and safety of an all-oral regimen of bedaquiline, delamanid, levofloxacin, linezolid, and clofazimine given for 16, 24, 32 or 40 weeks
