Start date: March 26, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to estimate objective response rates (ORRs) of pembrolizumab + oxaliplatin + TS-1 and pembrolizumab + cisplatin + TS-1, as first-line treatment for gastric cancer in programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2/neu)-negative participants with advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT03379675 Completed - Clinical trials for Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

A Study to Explore the Antiviral Activity, Clinical Outcomes, Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of JNJ-53718678 at Two Dose Levels in Non-Hospitalized Adult Participants Infected With Respiratory Syncytial Virus

Start date: February 6, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to explore the antiviral effect of JNJ-53718678 at 2 dose levels (80 milligrams [mg] and 500 mg) once daily for 7 days in adults with Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection, as measured by RSV viral load in nasal secretions by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay.

NCT ID: NCT03376776 Completed - Macular Disease Clinical Trials

Epiretinal Proliferation in Eyes With Full Thickness Macular Hole

Start date: March 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

We evaluated preoperative and postoperative optical coherence tomograpghic images in eyes with full thickness macular hole (FTMH) whether the epiretinal proliferation (EP) was detected and detection of EP was correlated to the visual improvement.

NCT ID: NCT03376698 Completed - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Dose-finding Study of Colchicine in Type 2 Diabetic Patients With Coronary Artery Disease

DRC-04
Start date: June 15, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to investigate dose-dependent effects of low dose colchicine on inflammatory responses, endothelial function in type 2 diabetic patients with coronary artery disease and leukocyte activation. This study also tested the relationship between doses and safety issue such as incidence of diarrhea. Eligible patients will be randomly allocated to three treatment group: colchicine at 0.5mg per day, 0.25mg per day or placebo for 12 weeks in a double blind , parallel group design. High sensitive-CRP at 4 weeks as primary end point and flow mediated vasodilatation at 12 weeks as the secondary end point will be measured.

NCT ID: NCT03375632 Completed - Clinical trials for Hyperuricemia With or Without Gout

Study of FYU-981 in Hyperuricemic Outpatients With or Without Gout (Effect on Two Hyperuricemic Types)

Start date: January 4, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To investigate the pharmacodynamics and safety of FYU-981 administered orally once a day for 14 weeks, to uric acid-overproduction type or uric acid-underexcretion type of male hyperuricemic outpatients with or without gout.

NCT ID: NCT03375242 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Safety and Efficacy of Xalkori ROS1

Start date: October 25, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The objective of this surveillance is to collect information about 1) adverse drug reaction not expected from the LPD (unknown adverse drug reaction), 2) the incidence of adverse drug reactions in this surveillance, and 3)factors considered to affect the safety and/or efficacy of this drug.

NCT ID: NCT03375203 Completed - Insomnia Disorders Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of JNJ-42847922 in Participants With Insomnia Disorder

Start date: November 23, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this 2 month phase 2b study is to investigate the dose response of 3 doses of JNJ-42847922 (Seltorexant) (5,10 and 20 mg) compared to placebo and zolpidem on sleep onset and maintenance and to further document safety and tolerability of JNJ-42847922 (Seltorexant) upon multiple (14 days) dose administration in participants with insomnia disorder.
