There are about 21062 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Italy. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
First study, at multiple clinical centers, exploring the effects of different combinations of compounds (CC-122, CC-223 ,CC-292 and rituximab) to treat Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and Follicular Lymphoma
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of brodalumab, compared to placebo, in subjects with psoriatic arthritis. The key secondary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of brodalumab compared to placebo at week 16 and week 24. The safety objective of this study is to evaluate the safety profile of brodalumab in subjects with psoriatic arthritis.
The objective of this trial was to provide 6 months of safety follow-up for children and adolescents with dilutional (euvolemic or hypervolemic) hyponatremia who had previously participated in a tolvaptan hyponatremia trial and to assess the efficacy of tolvaptan in increasing serum sodium for those participants who received optional continuing tolvaptan treatment of variable duration (up to 6 months).
This is a multi-centre Phase 2 study. The study will evaluate the activity and safety of AMG 337 in patients who have MET amplified gastric, gastroesophageal junction or esophageal adenocarcinoma or other MET amplified solid tumors. The study is designed to estimate the objective response rate of AMG 337 by tumor type.
The primary objective was to evaluate the effect of blinatumomab on overall survival when compared to standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy.
The purpose of this trial was to demonstrate that tolvaptan effectively and safely increases and maintains serum sodium concentrations in children and adolescent participants with euvolemic or hypervolemic hyponatremia.
The general aim of the present study is to test a cell therapy with autologous ex-vivo expanded mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) as a strategy to induce tolerance in living-donor kidney transplant recipients. MSCs will be prepared accordingly to established protocols, starting from bone marrow explants of living-donor kidney transplant recipients obtained 3-4 months before kidney transplant. From these samples, MSCs will be expanded in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) approved facilities and used for the present study in patients undergoing kidney transplantation.
The purpose of this Clinical investigation is to assess the impact of the Multi Point Pacing (MPP) feature at 12 months in the treatment of patients not responding to standard Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) after 6 months.
This is a 26-week, randomized extension of the Phase 3 double-blind placebo-controlled studies, EVP-6124-024 and EVP-6124-025. In this extension study, subjects who complete study EVP-6124-024 or EVP-6124-025 and fulfill all entry criteria will be randomized to receive EVP-6124 for an additional 26 weeks.
The purpose of the this international, multicenter, randomised, single-blind, parallel group, Phase III study is to demonstrate that a single transrectal ultrasound (TRUS)-guided intraprostatic injection of NX-1207 provides a long lasting therapeutic improvement of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) in patients not adequately controlled by medical therapy with α-blockers, as assessed by a change from baseline in the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) total score.
