The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate the superiority of retosiban to prolong pregnancy in females with spontaneous preterm labor compared with atosiban. This objective is based on the hypothesis that prolonging the time to delivery in the absence of harm may benefit the newborn, particularly in women who experience spontaneous preterm labor at early gestational ages (GA). This study is designed to test this hypothesis through a direct comparison with atosiban, a mixed oxytocin vasopressin antagonist indicated for short-term use to delay imminent preterm birth in women between 24^0/7 and 33^6/7 weeks' gestation in preterm labor. This is a randomized, double-blind, double-dummy study, which consists of 6 phases: Screening, Inpatient Randomized Treatment, Post Infusion Assessment, Delivery, Maternal Post Delivery Assessment, and Neonatal Medical Review. Approximately 330 females will be randomly assigned to retosiban or atosiban treatment in a 1:1 ratio. The duration of any one subject's (maternal or neonatal) participation in the study will be variable and dependent on GA at study entry and the date of delivery.

The QP ExCELs study is designed to confirm safety and efficacy of the BIOTRONIK Sentus OTW QP left ventricular leads to satisfy FDA requirements for regulatory approval of the leads in the US. The Sentus OTW QP leads received FDA approval on May 4, 2017. Long-term safety of the BIOTRONIK Sentus OTW QP left ventricular leads will be confirmed during the ongoing post approval phase (US sites only). A protocol update was implemented on September 6, 2019 to transition the long-term follow up for the ongoing Sentus QP Study to a new EP PASSION real-world data methodology.
This is an international multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled trial (RCT) of single-agent intralesional PV-10 versus systemic chemotherapy or intralesional oncolytic viral therapy to assess treatment of locally advanced cutaneous melanoma in patients who (1) are not candidates for targeted therapy and (2) are not candidates for an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Subjects in the comparator arm will receive the Investigator's choice of dacarbazine (DTIC), temozolomide (TMZ) or intralesional talimogene laherparepvec as determined by Investigator preference and standard of care in the Investigator's country or region. Effectiveness will be assessed by comparison of progression-free survival (PFS) between all intent-to-treat (ITT) subjects in the two study treatment arms.
The purpose of this observational post-marketing registry will be to collect and analyze safety, effectiveness, and quality of life outcomes, during and after treatment with the Surpass Flow Diverter. Health Economics assessments (cost data) will also be collected and analyzed.

To evaluate the effect of lixisenatide on postprandial plasma glucose, insulin and C-peptide and glucagon.
A multicenter, randomized, parallel assignment, double blind, placebo-controlled, safety/efficacy phase II study of two different dosages of subcutaneous F8IL10 in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis receiving MTX.
The primary objectives of the Phase 1b part of the study are to evaluate the safety, as assessed by incidence of dose limiting toxicity (DLT), of talimogene laherparepvec in combination with pembrolizumab in adults with previously untreated, unresectable, stage IIIB to IVM1c melanoma. The primary objective of Phase 3 are to evaluate the efficacy of talimogene laherparepvec with pembrolizumab versus placebo with pembrolizumab, as assessed by progression-free survival (PFS) (response evaluation by blinded independent central review using modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors [RECIST] 1.1) and overall survival (OS).
The investigators are undertaking the first European Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) for epilepsy surgery in children with FCD type II, to prospectively evaluate the role of the KD prior to surgery in improving seizure outcome. The investigators will evaluate the role of KD as a disease-modifying treatment to achieve seizure control and improve neurodevelopment and quality of life. Children age 3 - 15 years with pharmacoresistant epilepsy believed to be the result of focal cortical dysplasia type II, considered to be surgically treatable, will be randomised to either receive 6m treatment presurgery with a ketogenic diet, or to proceed direct to surgery (no pretreatment). Primary outcome will be the time to achieve a period of 6 months of seizure freedom from the date of randomisation. Tissue resected at surgery will also be evaluated with regard to the degree of any methylation of DNA.
