Diagnosis And Treatment of Sleep Apnea in Patient With Heart Failure

DASAP-HF is an observational prospective single arm study. All patients will be treated according to the standard care followed by each center. The protocol requires enrollment of consecutive patients from each center, according to eligibility criteria. All patients must sign the Patient Informed Consent (PIC) before the enrollment in the study. All patients, after the enrollment phase, will be followed for 24 months. Approximately every 12 months a clinical follow-up procedure should be performed in each patient. A sleep study will be done in all patients at 1 month (or at 3 months) from the enrollment, in order to evaluate the performance of the algorithm as a diagnostic tool in this population (primary objective). During the 24 months follow-up period, all Adverse Events occurred in the study population will be collected (HF hospitalizations, all-cause deaths, ventricular arrhythmias, etc.). At the end of the 24 months follow-up, the incidence of clinical events will be evaluated as well as its association with the Respiratory Disturbance Index (RDI) values calculated by APNEA Scan algorithm (secondary objective).

A Study of Long-term Effects of Vedolizumab Subcutaneous in Adults With Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease

The main aim of the study is to check for long-term side effects of Vedolizumab Subcutaneous (also known as Vedolizumab SC) in people with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Vedolizumab SC will be given as an injection just under the skin. This type of injection is called a subcutaneous injection or SC for short. Another aim of the study is to collect information on whether the participant's condition remains under control or improves during and after treatment with Vedolizumab SC. Participants who previously took part in studies MLN0002SC-3027 or MLN0002SC-3031 will be invited to visit the study clinic. At this visit, the study doctor will check if each participant can take part in this study. For those who can take part, participants will receive a subcutaneous injection of vedolizumab SC either once a week or once every 2 weeks. How often each participant receives vedolizumab SC will depend on their results from the previous study and on how active their condition is. Participants might be able to self-inject vedolizumab SC after being trained by the study doctors. During this study, the dose of vedolizumab SC might be increased for participants whose condition worsens. Participants will continue treatment with vedolizumab SC until it is approved in their particular country, the participant decides to stop treatment, or the sponsor stops the study. If the sponsor stops the study before vedolizumab SC is approved in all countries, the sponsor will make sure all affected participants will have access to vedolizumab SC outside of the study. After their final dose of vedolizumab SC, participants will visit the clinic 18 weeks later for a final check-up. Then, the clinic will telephone the participants 6 months after their final dose of vedolizumab SC to check if they have any health problems.

Downstream Versus Upstream Strategy for the Administration of P2Y12 Receptor Blockers

To evaluate the impact on outcomes of the currently accepted antithrombotic strategies based on the administration of newer P2Y12 receptor blockers (prasugrel and ticagrelor) in a population of non ST elevated ACS (NSTEACS) patients with an initial invasive indication. Furthermore, to evaluate the effects of bivalirudin administration in comparison to standard therapy with unfractioned heparin (plus provisional anti-GPIIbIIIa) in NSTEACSpatients who undergo PCI and will thus receive these potent antiplatelet agents which may theoretically favor the occurrence of bleedings. A combined measure of efficacy and safety endpoints, the so-called net clinical benefit (NACE), will be considered at early (30 days) and mid term (12 months) follow-up.

This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1b study to determine the recommended dose and regimen of durvalumab either as monotherapy or in combination with POM with or without low dose dex in subjects with RRMM. The study will consist of a dose-finding portion as well as a parallel dose-expansion portion to determine the optimal dose and regimen. On 05 Sep 2017, a Partial Clinical Hold was placed on this study by the United States (US) Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The decision by the FDA was based on data related to risks of anti-programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) antibody, pembrolizumab, in combination with IMiDs® immunomodulatory drugs in patients with multiple myeloma. As a result, enrollment into this study has been discontinued. Subjects who are receiving clinical benefit, based on the discretion of the investigator, may remain on study treatment after being reconsented.

A Study of PEGylated Recombinant Factor VIII (BAX855) in Previously Untreated Young Children With Severe Hemophilia A

This study is for young children with severe hemophilia A who have previously not been treated with BAX855 or other FVIII concentrates. The main aim of the study is to check for side effects from treatment with BAX855. This includes the buildup of antibodies against FVIII which may stop BAX855 from working properly. Another aim is to learn how well BAX855 controls bleeding. In this study, the children can receive BAX855 either as preventative treatment (prophylaxis), or as needed to treat bleeding (on-demand). In case a participant develops antibodies, treatment will be provided as part of the study.

The CT-ORZY-NPC-002 study has been expanded to include an open label paediatric sub-study including participants aged 6 to <24 months at study enrolment.
