There are about 9745 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Israel. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Bioavailability of dietary supplement formulations in healthy volunteers after a single oral dose.
The primary objective of the trial is to investigate if nivolumab plus ipilimumab given as adjuvant treatment improve disease free survival (DFS) in patients with stage Ib-IVa gastric and esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma and high risk of recurrence (defined by ypN1-3 and/or R1 status) following neoadjuvant chemotherapy and resection. Other study objectives: - To investigate the safety and effect of adjuvant immunotherapy on long term oncologic outcomes and quality of life of patients in the study - To correlate nutritional status assessment on outcomes and quality of life of patients
The primary objective of this study is to provide extended access and assess long-term safety of momelotinib (MMB) in participants with primary myelofibrosis (PMF) or post-polycythemia vera or post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis (Post-PV/ET MF) enrolled in studies GS-US-352-0101 (NCT01969838), GS-US-352-1214 (NCT02101268), GS-US-352-1154 (NCT02124746), SRA-MMB-301 who are currently receiving treatment with MMB (available as 50mg,100 mg, 150 mg and 200 mg tablets) and have not experienced progression of disease. The secondary objective is to assess overall survival (OS) and leukemia free survival (LFS) in all subjects.
Medical termination of pregnancy is a common and safe alternative to surgical termination of pregnancy(8). The current protocol in the investigators unit includes oral administration of Mifepristone 600 mg and oral Misoprostol 400 mcg in a time interval of 48 hours. There is little data to compare the efficacy of concomitant administration of both drugs and different time intervals. This study evaluates the success rate and side effects of medical termination of pregnancy while both drugs are administrated concomitantly in comparison to interval of 48 hours between the drugs.
This is a study to explore the effect of oral ozanimod as an induction treatment for participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease.
The objective of the study is to assess the long term safety, durability of clinical effectiveness and cost effectiveness of the NeuGuide™ system when used for vaginal colpopexy in the treatment of uterine prolapse.
The purpose of this study is to: a) establish the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and to evaluate the antitumor activity and safety of niraparib combination therapies (Combinations 1 and 2) and b) to determine the relative bioavailability of niraparib and abiraterone acetate (AA) in combination (Combination 3) in participants with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
People with schizophrenia spectrum disorders are faced with significant metacognitive impairments that include difficulties in their ability to form complex representations of the self and others. These impairments are associated with increased symptoms, impaired subjective self-experiences, and lower social functioning. As a result, interventions that enhance metacognitive capacity have been recently developed and explored. One of these interventions is Metacognitive Reflection and Insight Therapy (MERIT; Lysaker et al., 2014). MERIT is an integrative model of psychotherapy that seeks to promote holistic metacognitive capacity and consequently increase a positive sense of agency and sense of meaning in life among clients with schizophrenia. Several case studies (including in Bar-Ilan's community clinic), as well as a recent pilot study, showed increased metacognitive abilities and a decrease in symptoms following MERIT. The current study will explore both the effectiveness and the change mechanisms that underlie MERIT interventon among clients diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum disorders, via both pre- and post-measures of the intervention's outcome and session-by-session estimations of the therapeutic process. **Till now (July 2019) 34 clients have been recruited: 7 clients completed the MERIT therapy; 12 clients are receiving MERIT therapy now days; 6 clients are on the waiting list; 9 dropouts.
B7451015 is a Phase 3 study to evaluate Abrocitinib with or without Topical Medications in patients aged 12 years and older who have moderate to severe atopic dermatitis and have completed a qualifying parent study. The efficacy and safety of two dosage strengths of Abrocitinib, 100 mg and 200 mg taken orally once daily, will be evaluated over variable lengths of study participation. The study consists of a 92 week initial treatment period followed by a variable length secondary treatment period during which subjects will receive treatment with open-label abrocitinib until availability of commercial product in their country, or until the sponsor terminates the study in that country. The B7451015 study also includes a sub-study evaluating whether abrocitinib has any potential effects on adolescent bone with regard to abnormal bone findings in knee MRI. The sub-study will be conducted in selected countries at selected sites. Eligible subjects are those who were 12 to <18 years of age at the screening visit of the qualifying parent study and who are currently participating in the main B7451015 study. The sub-study will include serial Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) annually and continue until all enrolled subjects are 18 years of age and have been imaged at least once or have discontinued/withdrawn.
The present study examines the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program in the framework of the "Ezra LeMarpeh" project for Parkinson's patients. The Ezra LeMarpeh Association, founded by Rabbi A. E. Firer, provides assistance to the sick and needy. The site features a wide range of advanced, high quality rehabilitation devices, a unique hydrotherapy pool and associated accessories that enable the staff to provide the finest quality and most professional treatment. Before entering a rehabilitative program, each participant will arrive independently at the Ezra LeMarpeh Center for evaluation tests and will undergo comprehensive evaluation tests by the center's physiotherapist, including walking tests, balance tests, filling out questionnaires to assess Quality of life and disease severity. At the end of the program, the participants will be asked to repeat evaluation tests.
