There are about 25435 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United Kingdom. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
SIG-001-121 is a first-in-human (FIH), phase 1/2, multi-centre, open-label, dose escalation study to assess the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of SIG-001 in adults with severe or moderately severe haemophilia A without inhibitors. Up to three dose cohorts (3 patients each) are planned. Cohort expansions (up to 3 additional patients) may be triggered to collect additional information about safety and efficacy.
This is a multicenter, prospective, 2-year observational study in infants and children with developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEEs). The DEE currently being investigated is SCN1A-positive Dravet Syndrome.
The trial investigates the efficacy and safety of brodalumab against guselkumab in treatment for patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who still have some remaining symptoms after ustekinumab treatment.
The purpose of this study was to assess the preliminary antitumor activity, safety and tolerability of tepotinib in combination with cetuximab in participants with RAS/BRAF wild-type left-sided Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (mCRC) having acquired resistance to anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibody targeted therapy due to mesenchymal epithelial transition (MET) amplification.
Post-market clinical follow-up for continued assessment of safety and performance to confirm long-term outcomes of the InterStim Micro System for sacral neuromodulation.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term safety and efficacy outcomes following previously administered short-term exposure to SHP607, as compared to a standard neonatal care group.
The purpose of this study is to assess safety and clinical efficacy of rivaroxaban in people with mild Coronavirus Disease 2019 who are at increased risk of disease progression.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of poractant alfa (Curosurf®), administered by endotracheal (ET) instillation in hospitalized adult patients diagnosed with SARS-COV-19 acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy of remdesivir (RDV) in reducing the rate of of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) related hospitalization or all-cause death in non-hospitalized participants with early stage COVID-19 and to evaluate the safety of RDV administered in an outpatient setting.
Clinical study designed to collect blood for research purposes in patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or in patients with a medical condition where the blood cells production is impaired. The blood samples will be used to study the role of Interferon gamma (IFNɣ) in graft failure or impairment of hematopoietic stem cell proliferation. The IFNɣ signature will be assessed by measuring primarily IFNɣ and C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 9 (CXCL9).
