The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of erdafitinib in terms of overall response rate (ORR) in adult and pediatric participants with advanced solid tumors with fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) alterations (mutations or gene fusions). It will also evaluate ORR in pediatric participants with advanced solid tumors and FGFR alterations.
This study will test how well a new medicine called concizumab works in the body of people with haemophilia A or B with inhibitors. The purpose is to show that concizumab can prevent bleeds in the body and is safe to use. Participants who usually only take medicine to treat bleeds (on-demand) will be placed in one of two groups. In one group, participants will get study medicine from the start of the study. In the other group, participants will continue with their normal medicine and get study medicine after 6 months. Which treatment the participant gets is decided by chance. Participants who usually take medicine to prevent bleeds (prophylaxis treatment) or who are already being treated with concizumab (study medicine) will receive the study medicine from the start of the study. Participants will get 1 injection with the study medicine every day under the skin. This participants will have to do themselves and can be done at home. The study doctor will hand out the medicine in the form of a pen-injector. The pen-injector will contain the study medicine. The study will last for about six years. The length of time the participants will be in the study depends on when they agreed to take part or when the medicine is available for purchase in their country (12 November 2025 at the latest). Participants will have to come to the clinic for up to 41 times. The time between visits will be approximately 4 weeks for the first 6 to 12 months, depending on the group participants are in and approximately 8 weeks for the rest of the study. Participants will be asked to record information into an electronic diary during the study and may also be asked to wear an activity tracker.
This is a multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, 2-part study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of AT-001 in adult patients (N=675) with Diabetic Cardiomyopathy at high risk of progression to overt heart failure.
The purpose of this study is to look at the efficacy and safety of Irinotecan liposome injection in combination with other approved drugs used for cancer therapy, namely 5 fluorouracil/leucovorin (5FU/LV) plus oxaliplatin compared to nab-paclitaxel + gemcitabine treatment in improving the overall survival of patients not previously treated for metastatic pancreatic cancer.

Participants will have to come to the clinic for up to 40 times. The time between visits will be approximately 4 weeks for the first 6 to 12 months depending on the group participants are in, and approximately 8 weeks for the rest of the study. If the participant attends extra visits due to the prescription medicine not being available for purchase in their country, these will be 14 weeks apart. Participants will be asked to record information in an electronic diary during the study and may also be asked to wear an activity tracker.
This is a Phase 2/3, randomized, open-label study for the treatment of patients with HER2-positive Gastric cancer (GC) or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) cancer conducted in two parts. Part A is a single-arm cohort (Cohort A, 40 to 110 patients) will evaluate safety and efficacy of margetuximab plus retifanlimab. Part B Part 1 has 4 arms (50 patients/arm). Patients will be randomized to margetuximab plus retifanlimab plus chemotherapy, margetuximab plus tebotelimab, plus chemotherapy, margetuximab plus chemotherapy, or trastuzumab plus chemotherapy.
The study is a Prospective, Randomized, Non-Inferiority Trial to Determine the Safety and Efficacy of the BA9™ Drug Coated Balloon for the Treatment of In-Stent Restenosis. It is a First-in-Man Trial.
The aims of the study are to monitor the long-term safety of durvalumab, to provide continued treatment or retreatment with durvalumab to eligible patients, and to collect overall survival (OS) information.
Background. Blue lenses that filter out red light have been proposed as a new therapeutic alternative for patients with PSE, such as the lens Zeiss Clarlet Z1. This lens only allows a small overall quantity of visible light, and particularly a minimum percentage of red light, to pass through. However, these characteristics entail two main pitfalls: reduced applicability in high- latitude regions and lack of transmission for the red and yellow colors. The latter would mainly expose patients to the other colors that compose the visible light, and particularly to the blue visible light. This exposure might be damaging for their eyes in the long term, as it has been reported in some studies. Aim. To determine whether four new lenses with different spectral characteristics are not inferior in efficacy to Z1 to reduce the PPRs in patients with PSE. Participants. Patients between 5-18 years with suspected or confirmed PSE, referred to the Neurophysiology Service at Birmingham Children's Hospital (BCH) for an EEG with IPS/pattern stimulation. Objectives & Outcomes: 1.A) Primary Objective: To evaluate the reduction/suppression produced by four new lenses in the PPRs shown by patients with PSE during an EEG with IPS/pattern stimulation, and compare it with the reduction provoked by the Z1 lens in the same individuals. 1. B) Primary Outcome: reduction/suppression in both the PPR and the standardized photoparoxysmal response range (SPR) for IPS and pattern stimulation. 2. A) Secondary Objectives: - To obtain feedback from the patients who acquire a pair of our lenses regarding tolerability, overall adherence to treatment and improvement in the quality of life. - Comparison of the reduction/suppression in the PPRs between our lenses and the Z1 lens in those retrospective patients with PSE seen between 2008-2017 at the Aston Brain Center. 2.B) Secondary Outcomes: - Mean score obtained in adherence to treatment, tolerability, reduction in seizure frequency and autonomy according to the patient/parents or carers satisfaction questionnaires. - Reduction/suppression in both the PPR and the standardized photoparoxysmal response range (SPR) for IPS and pattern stimulation in those patients recruited at the Aston Brain Center.
This is a single-centre, double-blinded, randomised, placebo controlled trial comparing mepolizumab 100mg versus placebo in patients with eosinophilic COPD, started following their index admission to hospital.
