Narcolepsy is a rare disease that affects 0.05% of the general population. It is characterized by a dysregulation of the sleep wake regulation that leads to uncontrolled sleep episode during day and a disorganized sleep during night. These symptoms are due to a loss of hypocretin neurons in the brain leading to an inability to maintain wake properly. The physiopathology of this rare disease still needs investigations. Since we are a reference center for this disease, we propose to use patients files to better describe and document the sleep characteristics of these children, the cognitive performances, the effects of narcolepsy treatments on sleep architecture and the metabolic status of these children.

Electrocochleography Along Cochlear Implant Auditory Rehabilitation

Electrocochleography (eCochG) is an electrophysiological measurement to evaluate the activity of cochlear hair cells in response to acoustic stimulation. This measure thus reflects the functional state of the cochlea and more specifically the neuronal survival. Whereas in the normal-hearing subject, eCochG collection requires the introduction of a collection electrode in the middle ear, closest to the cochlea, in the cochlear implant subject, eCochG can be collected through the electrodes of the cochlear implant. Measured during surgery, eCochGs may help optimize the placement of the electrode array within the cochlea and help in the decision to refer the patient to a conventional cochlear implant or, when residual cochlear activity is detected, to an electro-acoustic implant system. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of intra-operative eCochG collections for the optimization of electrode array placement within the cochlea and then for monitoring the residual hearing and its relationship to hearing performance during the first months of rehabilitation.

The primary endpoints are: Dose limiting toxicities (Parts A-1 and A-2), Overall response rate per RECIST v1.1 (Part B), Safety and tolerability (Part C), and characterization of the pharmacokinetics (Part D).

Identifying Functional and Psycho-social Complaints After Hospitalization for SARS-CoV-2 Infection( COVID 19)- REPERCOV

Since December 2019, China and then the rest of the world have been affected by the rapid spread of a new coronavirus infection called SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus), the clinical expression of which is called Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019). It is estimated that around 20% of symptomatic patients will be severe enough to warrant hospitalization, of which around 5% will be in intensive care. Organ damage is multiple in Covid infection: respiratory, digestive, renal, neurological, cardiovascular due to the infection or its care. There is also a psychological and social impact of the infection or of the care that should be measured. In this context, investigator will assess the physical and psychological complaints of patients who have presented a severe form of SARS-CoV-2 infection. The final objective being to identify the needs to offer follow-up adapted to this emerging pathology.

Secure Self-monitoring Through a Combination of Connected Objects: Implementation in COVID-19 Patients Monitored at Home

Currently, COVID+ infected patients who are on ambulatory home monitoring self-assess their health status simply by completing questionnaires and measuring their temperature twice a day. The SECURADOM project proposes to facilitate the follow-up of COVID+ or suspected COVID+ infected patients, followed at home, by collecting clinical signs on a telephone application and to monitor physiological safety parameters (respiratory rate, heart rate, temperature, blood pressure, activity) using connected objects developed by the company WITHINGS. This daily monitoring, which can be transmitted by patients to the doctors in charge of their surveillance, will improve the quality and safety of home monitoring.

The important evidence of coronary microcirculation for the management of patients with coronary artery disease is only increasing. Thus, in recent years, a number of studies have shown that the demonstration of coronary microvascular disease (CMVD) contributes to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality increases independently of epicardial damage. This has been shown in stable coronary artery disease with screening for CMVD when there is no significant epicardial involvement and allowing the implementation of an adapted treatment then reducing the symptoms and improving the quality of life of our patients. (1). The prognostic nature of CMVD has also been identified in stable disease after coronary angioplasty (2) but also in patients with infarcts reperfused by coronary angioplasty (3). The complete exploration of the epicardial and microvascular coronary vascularization is grouped under the name of the subspecialty: coronary physiology. Thus, an internationally recognized algorithm for exploring coronary physiology has been published (4). However, this algorithm is still little followed. The PRINCIPE registry aims to assess the prevalence of CMVD with the use of a standardized algorithm for exploring coronary physiology by coronary angiography in our center in current practice.

Exploring the Use of the Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance Approach (CO-OP) With Children, Teenagers and Young Adults With Executive Functions Deficits Following Severe Acquired Brain Injury

Acquired brain injury (ABI) in childhood are the cause of disabling motor, cognitive and behavioural disorders, with severe consequences on the later development of autonomy and learning, with long-term repercussions on independence for activities of daily living, and social and professional integration. Among cognitive disorders, executive function (EF) deficits are among the most frequent and disabling, with major consequences on the development of autonomy and the course of schooling and learning. The Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) could be an interesting approach for the rehabilitation of these consequences. CO-OP is a performance-based treatment approach for children and adults who experience difficulties performing the skills they want to, need to or are expected to perform. CO-OP is a specifically tailored, active client-centered approach that engages the individual at the meta-cognitive level to solve performance problems. Focused on enabling success, the CO-OP approach employs collaborative goal setting, dynamic performance analysis, cognitive strategy use, guided discovery, and enabling principles. It has been shown to be effective in a variety of populations, but has been little explored in children with ABI. The hypothesis that CO-OP is effective in improving the occupational performance and executive functioning of these children on a daily basis is emerging, but needs to be confirmed. This study falls within this framework. Primary objective: 1. To measure the distance maintenance of the knowledge acquired through rehabilitation, as well as the generalization and transfer into everyday life. 1. Maintenance of acquired knowledge 2. Generalization and transfer 3. Impact of a consolidation session on generalization and transfer Secondary objectives: 2. Gather the experience of family members/caregivers in accompanying their child in the CO-OP process outside of rehabilitation sessions. 3. Establish the parental educational style and identify whether there is a link between the parental educational style and the commitment of the family members/caregivers.

Statement : - The emerging Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) disease, linked to the SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) pathogen, has been spreading worldwide since December 2019, affecting millions of people and causing hundreds of thousands of deaths, particularly among the elderly. - The first epidemiological evidence available reveals a different expression of the disease in the elderly, associated with a high risk of delayed diagnosis and implementation of protective measures and a particularly high morbidity and mortality, especially among the frailest. - To date, there is no effective model for predicting the severity of COVID-19 in an individual. The investigators hypothesize that there are specificities of COVID-19 in the elderly, both etiological, diagnostic and prognostic, all of which are not yet known and understood.

Anorexia Nervosa (AN) is a complex and multifactorial psychiatric disease that affects mostly women and is characterized by a self-restriction of food intake leading to life-threatening consequences whose underlying mechanisms are largely unexplored. AN encompasses a constellation of risk factors including genetic, biological, neuro-psychological and social factors. Although AN has a prevalence of only 1-3% in the general population, it has the highest mortality rate amongst any psychiatric disorder. Recovery of normal feeding behaviour in patients often requires several months with a large between-patient variability and a high percentage of relapse, which can occur in 35 to 41% of the patients. There is a huge unmet need for optimal understanding of processes underlying relapse. Reward processing abnormalities represents an important hypothesis underlying AN development and perpetuation. We aim to investigate the mechanisms that contribute to the maintenance and chronicity of the disease after inpatient treatment with a longitudinal design across intensive standardized inpatient treatment. We will challenge our hypothesis through brain imaging, neuropsychological, metabolic and genetic approaches. One hundred twenty-five AN female patients admitted for intensive inpatient treatment will be recruited and evaluated: at admission, after weight recovery and at 6 months after discharge with neurocognitive tests (including the Delay Discounting Task), genetic/epigenetic examination, hormonal blood samples (at each visit and repeated sampling around a meal for a 10-patient subgroup) and brain imaging (including fMRI during a Delay Discounting Task for fifty patients). One hundred healthy controls will be also recruited and be subjected to the same study procedures.
