NCT ID: NCT02479529 Completed - Vasoplegic Syndrome Clinical Trials

Weaning of Norepinephrine Guided by the Dynamic Arterial Compliance in Cardiac Surgery Post Operative.

SNEAD
Start date: October 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

After cardiac surgery, vasoplegic syndrome is a hemodynamic state characterized by profound hypotension associated with a decrease in systemic vascular resistance. The care of this disease is based on the intravenous administration of a vasopressor, usually norepinephrine. During the recovery phase, weaning of norepinephrine, is an important step in which any lack of preload (blood volume) initial or secondary can be, and increase tissue malperfusion.

NCT ID: NCT02479503 Completed - Clinical trials for Antibiotic Prophylaxis

NCT ID: NCT02479061 Completed - Neoplasms Clinical Trials

An Observational Study of the Prevalence of Patients Requiring Palliative Care in French Anti-cancer Centers.

PREPA-10
Start date: June 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this observational study is to determine the proportion of patients with a score greater than 3/10 to the questionnaire PALLIA-10. This questionnaire is a tool provided by the French Society for Palliative Cares, aiming at helping the providers of care to identify patients who would require palliative cares. According to the notice of the questionnaire, patients with a score greater than 3 would be taken in charge by a palliative care team. Considerong the 10 itmes of this questionnaire, it seems that a large majority of patients would have a score greater than 3 in the context of anti cancer centers. To date, palliative teams are not designed to take in charge such an amount of patients.

NCT ID: NCT02478957 Completed - Mastocytosis Clinical Trials

Treatment of Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis With PA101

Start date: June 2015
Phase: Phase 2

This is a randomized, placebo- and active-controlled, 2-period crossover, 2 cohort study in adult patients with indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM). The purpose of the study is to determine the efficacy and safety profile of PA101 delivered via eFlow high efficiency nebulizer in patients with ISM who are symptomatic despite using standard treatments.

NCT ID: NCT02478528 Completed - Healthy Volunteers Clinical Trials

Study of Effects of Light on the Vigilance and Cognitive Performance Following a Night Without Sleep

LUMI
Start date: May 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Sleep disorders are a major public health issue, affecting 1 in 6 French. The medical impact at the individual level but also social and economic level (loss of productivity, morbidity, mortality) emphasize the need for one hand, to improve the investigators' understanding of these disorders in order to develop appropriate therapeutic tools and on the other hand, to increase the investigators' support abilities of patients with these disorders. The investigators' team of unity sleep from Strasbourg University Hospitals, in collaboration with the UPR 3212 CNRS team, is working on the development and adjustment of new concepts and tools to compensate the investigators' sleep debt in order to apply them to patients with sleep disorders and persons who face with sleep restriction.

NCT ID: NCT02477085 Completed - Induction of Labor Clinical Trials

Methods of Labor Induction and Perinatal Outcomes

MEDIP
Start date: November 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Since it is a frequent intervention in Obstetrics, labor induction is rarely evaluated from national population-based cohorts. The study aims to assess the frequency of different induction methods used in France from a prospective population-based cohort of women with an induced labor. Maternal, fetal and neonatal outcomes will be compared between the different induction methods. Moreover the adhesion to national clinical guidelines concerning the induction of labor will be studied from this population-based cohort. Finally the women satisfaction will be assessed according to the induction method used.
