There are about 36633 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in France. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Study of early administration of ASTX727 associated with late Donor Lymphocyte Infusions after allogenic stem cell transplantation in very high risk MDS or AML patients
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of deucravacitinib (BMS-986165) compared with placebo in participants with active discoid and/or subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (DLE/SCLE). This study will also assess if deucravacitinib is biologically active and potentially effective in the treatment of participants with moderate to severe DLE/SCLE with or without systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) that is not well controlled with standard of care therapy.
The goals of this clinical study are to learn about the safety, tolerability, dosing and effectiveness of the study drug, magrolimab in combination with other anticancer therapies in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
The IVUS CHIP trial is a post-marketing strategy study in which patients with complex coronary lesions, undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), are treated either with intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) guided PCI or angiographic guided PCI . The IVUS-guided PCI approach is indicated to reduce the frequency of target-lesion failure (cardiac death, target-vessel myocardial infarction, and clinically indicated target-lesion revascularization) in patients with complex coronary lesions undergoing PCI. The objective of this study is to assess the superiority of an IVUS-guided approach versus an angio-guided approach in patients with complex coronary lesions undergoing PCI.
The aim of this study is to assess the safety (in terms of post-operative complications) of the use of connected devices for the monitoring of patients operated on by longitudinal laparoscopic gastrectomy (LSG) and discharged 24 hours after surgery according to the protocol Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS).
This study is open to adults with schizophrenia. Schizophrenia can affect the way a person thinks, their memory and their mental functioning. Examples include struggling to remember things, or to read a book or pay attention to a movie. Some people have difficulty calculating the right change or planning a trip so that they arrive on time. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called Iclepertin improves learning and memory in people with schizophrenia. Participants are put into two groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes Iclepertin tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like Iclepertin tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet once a day for 26 weeks. In addition, all participants take their normal medication for schizophrenia. During this time, doctors regularly test learning and memory of the participants by use of questionnaires, interviews, and computer tests. The results of the mental ability tests are compared between the groups. Participants are in the study for about 8 months. During this time, they visit the study site about 15 times and get about 3 phone calls from the study team. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.
Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is an immune-mediated inflammatory disease primarily affecting the axial skeleton. The most frequent axSpA symptom is chronic, often inflammatory back pain (IBP) that might be difficult to distinguish from other causes of chronic back pain (CBP). Many participants report persistent pain, including back pain, which impacts disease activity and quality of life including creating burdens such as sleep disturbance, social isolation, loss of productivity, as well as anxiety and depression. This study will assess the real-world effectiveness of upadacitinib on early and sustained pain control, and the association between pain and clinical/patient-reported outcomes in axSpA participants. Upadacitinib is being developed for the treatment of axSpA. Approximately 650 adult participants with active-axSpA will be enrolled across approximately 19 countries in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia-Pacific. Participants will receive oral upadacitinib tablets as prescribed by the physician prior to enrolling in this study in accordance with the terms of the local marketing authorization and professional and reimbursement guidelines with regards to dose, population and indication. Participants will be followed for 12 months. There may be a higher burden for participants in this study compared to usual standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits per routine clinical practice. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, checking for side effects, and questionnaires.
EHVA P01 is an international, phase I, prophylactic HIV vaccine trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of HIV Clade C DREP alone and in Combination with a Clade C ENV protein in healthy HIV-uninfected adults.
Multicentric, exploratory, non-pharmacologic, retrospective/prospective, translational study aiming to identify the molecular, cellular and psychological-sociological variables predictive of response to chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients.
This is a multicenter, prospective, single arm, non-randomized, open-label, phase 2 clinical study to evaluate safety and efficacy of valemetostat tosylate (DS-3201b) in patients with relapsed or refractory B cell lymphoma with 6 cohorts of patients including 2 biology-driven cohorts. Up to 141 patients will be enrolled in 6 different cohorts (40 patients with aggressive B-cell lymphoma, 41 with follicular lymphoma (FL), 20 with Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) and 20 with other indolent lymphomas, and 20 patients with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL)). FL patients with EZH2 mutant (gain of function mutations) will be enrolled in the cohort 2bis. At least 8 aggressive B-cell lymphoma patients with EZH2 mutant will be enrolled in the cohort 1. The primary endpoint is the overall response rate (ORR) determined by investigator assessment.
