NCT ID: NCT04944030 Active, not recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinico-biological Data Collection Study of Metastatic Lung Cancer

EPICURE_LUNG
Start date: April 12, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

RATIONALE : Currently, the mechanisms associated with the response or resistance to treatment are poorly understood and are multifactorial. These mechanisms involve clinical and biological factors associated with the host and the tumor and possibly the patient's psycho-social environment. PURPOSE : This trial will assess the use of a prospective database dedicated to patients with breast cancers that contains clinical data as well as epidemiological, psychological, emotional, social, imaging, biological and biopathological data. These data will allow a creation of new modelling algorithms in order to predict response and resistance to treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04942639 Active, not recruiting - Asthma in Children Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Efficacy and Tolerance of JOE on 4 to 11 Years Old Asthmatic Patients of GINA 2,3,4 and 5 Grades

JoeCare
Start date: October 18, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The main objective of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of patient's learning in self-taking of prescribed asthma maintenance treatments and provided by JOE (a new DTX), on the number of severe exacerbations in children with an asthma graded 2, 3, 4 and 5 according to GINA classification.

NCT ID: NCT04942275 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Lung Perfusion PET / CT Using Ga68-MAA for Preservation of Lung Function During Stereotactic Pulmonary Radiation Therapy

PEGASUS
Start date: July 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective study evaluating the feasibility of treatment planning integrating lung perfusion PET/CT using Ga68-MAA to preserve functional lung areas during stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).

NCT ID: NCT04940611 Active, not recruiting - Fistula Clinical Trials

A Study of Surgical Interventions in Fistulizing Conditions

Start date: August 5, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In this study, participants with complex fistulizing conditions will be treated with surgical interventions according to their clinic's standard practice. The aim of the study is to generate real-world evidence on standard of care for surgical interventions and related outcomes when treating complex fistulizing conditions. The study sponsor will not be involved in how participants are treated but will provide instructions on how the clinics will record what happens during the study.

NCT ID: NCT04939324 Active, not recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Molecular Profiling of Exosomes in Tumor-draining Vein of Early-staged Lung Cancer

ExOnSite-Pro
Start date: June 21, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is an observational prospective single-center study of 30 patients operated for early-staged non-small cell lung cancer. The main aim is the analysis of molecular profiling of exosome with a sample in tumor-draining vein in order to identify prognostic molecular characteristics associated with cancer recurrence after surgery.

NCT ID: NCT04938830 Active, not recruiting - RSV Infection Clinical Trials

Clesrovimab (MK-1654) in Infants and Children at Increased Risk for Severe Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Disease (MK-1654-007)

Start date: November 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of clesrovimab compared to palivizumab as assessed by the proportion of participants experiencing adverse events (AEs).

NCT ID: NCT04935879 Active, not recruiting - Sickle Cell Disease Clinical Trials

A Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of Inclacumab in Participants With Sickle Cell Disease Experiencing Vaso-occlusive Crises

Start date: October 26, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This Phase 3 study will assess the safety and efficacy of inclacumab, a P-selectin inhibitor, in reducing the frequency of vaso-occlusive crises (VOCs) in approximately 240 adult and adolescent participants (≥ 12 years of age) with sickle cell disease (SCD). Participants will be randomized to receive inclacumab or placebo.

NCT ID: NCT04935359 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Study of Efficacy and Safety of NIS793 in Combination With Standard of Care (SOC) Chemotherapy in First-line Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (mPDAC) - daNIS-2

Start date: September 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of NIS793 in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel versus gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel and placebo in first-line metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC). This study aims to explore whether blockade of Transforming Growth Factor β (TGFβ) in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel can reduce fibrosis in PDAC, restore chemo-sensitivity and ultimately lead to improvements in overall survival (OS) and other clinically relevant outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT04934475 Active, not recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

MInimal Residual Disease Adapted Strategy

MIDAS
Start date: December 8, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

IFM 2020-02 will enroll patients eligible for ASCT less than 66 years. All patients will receive induction based on 6 cycles (28-day) of KRD-Isatuximab (Isa-KRD), in order to achieve deep responses and high MRD negativity rates. Patients will be classified at diagnosis according to cytogenetics (standard vs high-risk cytogenetics defined by the LP score including 17p deletion, t(4;14), del(1p32), gain 1q, trisomy 21 and trisomy 5).
