NCT ID: NCT03751930 Completed - Clinical trials for Autism Spectrum Disorder

Intestinal Microbiota, Tryptophan and Autism

MTA
Start date: January 2, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Autism Spectrum Disorder refers to complex neuro-developmental disorders that affect social communication and behavioral adaptation. Currently, the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder is based on a clinical examination that is performed classically during the first three years of life. The heterogeneity of the disorders occurring in autism make pathologies difficult to diagnose and manage. The overall goal of this project is the identification of metabolic biomarkers based on clinical profile. The best characterization of physiopathological pathways will ultimately allow the identification of subgroups of subjects and facilitate the development of targeted therapeutics. The proposed work aims to test the hypothesis of a disruption of tryptophan metabolism in Autism Spectrum Disorder via the gut microbiota.

NCT ID: NCT03751787 Completed - Clinical trials for Newborn Complication

Cranial Osteopathy in Functional Disorders of the Newborn

Start date: September 2009
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate, from the maternity stay, the interest of the cranial osteopathy in the reduction of the hyper irritability of the newborn and the improvement of the postural abnormalities

NCT ID: NCT03751722 Completed - Clinical trials for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases

Genetic an Functional Studies of Patient With Inflammatory Bowel Disease

MINOTOR
Start date: February 2007
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The objective of this study is to study the response of macrophages, isolated from patients with ulcerative colitis (Crohn's disease) or Crohn's disease (CD), to 6 candidate enterogenous and their derivatives, depending on the genotype for associated polymorphisms. to the development of IBD

NCT ID: NCT03751618 Completed - Clinical trials for Femoral Acetabular Impingement

Evaluation of Non Inferiority of Non Capsular Suture in Femoroacetabular Impingement Arthroscopic Treatment

SUTURCAP
Start date: February 7, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Since last past decade, arthroscopic hip surgery proved its efficacy in femoroacetabular impingement treatment. However, no consensus exist concerning capsular suture or not. According to capsular incision size, articular instability can persist if no suture is performed. In contrast, tightly suture can cause post-operative joint stiffness. This study aims to evaluate the non inferiority of non capsular suture after hip arthroscopy treatment of cam or mixed-type femoroacetabular impingement, without hip dysplasia, after 2 years follow-up.

NCT ID: NCT03751605 Completed - Clinical trials for Respiratory Quotient Measurement

Indirect Measurement of Respiratory Quotient in Unipulmonary Ventilation.

Start date: November 1, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The measurement of VO2 and VCO2 makes it possible to calculate the respiratory quotient (RQ) (VCO2 / VO2) which is a reflection of human energy metabolism and therefore of anaerobiosis. A study has been conducted in our department to demonstrate the ability of the indirectly measured respiratory quotient (RQ) from the inspired and exhaled breath analysis of the anesthetic respirator to predict the onset of anaerobic metabolism and postoperative complications in the operating room. Unipulmonary ventilation is the rule in thoracic surgery: it improves surgical exposure and protects the operated lung. However, no study has examined the impact of these mechanisms on the indirect measurement of RQ in unipulmonary ventilation. The main objective of our work is to validate indirect RQ measurement during unipulmonary ventilation. The secondary objective was to assess the predictability of postoperative complications of indirect QR.

NCT ID: NCT03750786 Completed - Colo-rectal Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Compare the Efficacy of Arfolitixorin Versus Leucovorin in Combination With 5 Fluorouracil, Oxaliplatin, and Bevacizumab in Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer

AGENT
Start date: December 18, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, randomized, parallel-group, Phase III study in at least 440 patients with advanced colorectal cancer to compare the efficacy of treatment with arfolitixorin versus Leucovorin in combination with 5-fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and bevacizumab according to modified FOLFOX-6 until PD according to RECIST 1.1 criteria.

NCT ID: NCT03750721 Completed - Clinical trials for Bone and Joint Infection
