This is a phase III, randomized, partially blinded, multicenter trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab plus bevacizumab and chemotherapy compared to placebo plus bevacizumab and chemotherapy in patients with recurrent ovarian-, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer with 1st or 2nd relapse within 6 months after platinum based chemotherapy or 3rd relapse.

In this study, using computerized cognitive assessments combined with multi-modal neuroimaging approach investigators aim to address three specific questions on patients with cervical and myoclonus dystonia: (i) investigate various aspects of the sense of agency and relationship to the severity of dystonia symptoms, (ii) characterize the possible link between abnormalities of movement perception and alteration of sense of agency in dystonia, (iii) (identify the neuronal underpinnings of the defective sense of agency in dystonia.

Systemic sclerosis is a rare pathology characterized by fibrosis and vascular lesion with skin, pulmonary, digestive and cardiac localisation. Calcinosis cutis is commonly described, but its prevalence and appear few documented in literature. Moreover, this studies used clinical observation to determine presence or absence of calcification, and rarely radiography, in particular for feet localisation. In the same way, skin calcification and organ injury association appear unclear. The aim of the study is firstly to determine prevalence of calcinosis cutis, with hand and feet radiography realisation in a cohort of systemic sclerosis patient. Secondly, will be determine the correlation between calcinosis and organ injury.
