ICS (International Continence Society) recommendations published in 2017 recommend performing urodynamic examinations in the sitting or standing position. These recommendations are based on a review of the literature published in 2008, which has several limitations: heterogeneous populations, old and non-harmonized techniques, and very few neurological patients. It seems appropriate to focus on neurological patients and to examine the influence of position on the detection of detrusor overactivity in these patients. The point here is to reexamine the ICS recommendations, which are not designed for neurological patients. Indeed, many patients suffering from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson's disease are unable to sit or stand for the duration of the urodynamic examination. The investigators would like to assess whether exploring sphincter disorders in the supine position is still interpretable. This would enable us to define ICS good practice recommendations for a neurological population.

This is an observational, prospective, multicentric, cohort study conducted in France to evaluate the QoL in COPD patients treated with TRIMBOW NEXThaler 88/5/9 in a routine clinical practice setting. Patients enrolled in this study will be patients diagnosed with a COPD with a ratio of post-bronchodilator (salbutamol 400 μg) forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) to forced vital capacity (FVC) of less than 0.7 to whom TRIMBOW NEXThaler 88/5/9 has been initiated by an hospital or local pulmonologists in accordance with clinical practice and marketing authorization.

Measles, a highly contagious disease, is potentially serious in adult allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (allo-HSCT) recipients. Because of the loss of immunity to vaccine preventable diseases after allo-HSCT, French Health Authorities (Haut Conseil de Santé Publique, HCSP) recommend (re)vaccination of all allo-HSCT recipients against measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) from 24 months post-transplant onwards, in the absence of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and at least 3 months after cessation of all immunosuppressive treatments, irrespective of measles serostatus. Nevertheless, some French experts argue that systematic assessment of measles antibody titre is justified after allo-HSCT, prior to revaccination, in order to avoid "unnecessary" revaccination of allo-HSCT recipients who are still seropositive. At the international level, recommendations also vary: the ECIL group and IDSA advocate revaccination of measles seronegative patients only, while some American Hematology experts recommend not to base the decision of revaccination on the serological status, given the inevitable loss of antibodies and specific long-term immune memory in the absence of revaccination. Several obstacles to the application of the recommendations can therefore be identified: (i) the risk of vaccine-transmitted disease due to the live-attenuated nature of MMR, (ii) the lack of robust data on the immunogenicity and tolerability of the MMR vaccine in this particular population, and (iii) conflicting recommendations to guide the decision of revaccination. This study aims at answering the question of whether some allo-HSCT recipients may retain a measles-specific cellular immune memory at distance from their allo-HSCT.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability and to confirm the dose of nemtabrutinib in combination with venetoclax in participants with R/R CLL/SLL. The primary study hypotheses are that the combination of nemtabrutinib plus venetoclax is superior to VR with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per 2018 International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) criteria as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR).
This is a prospective, multicentre, phase III, randomised, controlled intervention study. Two groups of patients with equal numbers will be studied and each patient will be allocated to one of the two groups described below by randomisation (ratio 1:1). Each patient will be allocated to one of the two groups described below by randomisation (ratio 1:1). - PASCA interventional group For both the 7 complications of interest (primary objective) and the 13 secondary complications (secondary objective), a specific and proactive referral will be made systematically after each screening assessment, depending on the level of risk, estimated according to decision trees (management guide) and through the dedicated PASCA network of healthcare professionals, in order to initiate early treatment and follow-up if necessary. - Control group For the 7 complications of interest (primary objective) as well as for the 13 complications (secondary objective): all the data from each identification check-up will be sent to the onco-haematological transmitted to the referring onco-haematologists, so that they can initiate their own management. => For all patients, regardless of group All patients will receive four screening assessments covering the 7 complications of interest and 13 secondary complications: - Visit No.1 (T1), 1-2 months after the autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (aHSCT), corresponding to the patient's visit to his or her Multiple Myeloma (MM) monitoring consultation and/or the start of his or her consolidation treatment. - Visit No.2 (T2), 4 months after aHSCT, corresponding to a patient's visit for the end of consolidation treatment; - Visit No.3 (T3), 14 months after the last aHSCT, corresponding to a visit by the patient during his or her maintenance treatment; - Visit No.4 (T4), 24 months after the last aHSCT, corresponding to a visit by the patient for a MM monitoring consultation.
This is a real-life, observational, single-center cohort study to describe the efficacy of prophylactic treatment in patients after failure of at least 2 prophylactic treatments. Patients included in the study will be followed up in consultations or day hospitals according to their usual care, and will be asked to complete the MIgraine Disability Assessment (MIDAS), Headache Impact Test short-form (HIT-6), Patient Global Impression of Change (PGIC), Hospital Anxiety and Depression (HAD) scale and Work and Personal Activities Impairment (WPAI) questionnaires at each visit. Data describing their care will be extracted from computerized patient records.
