There are about 21071 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Spain. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Selumetinib therapy in patients with metastatic uveal melanoma.
The aims of this study were to determine the clinically required concentration of propofol for LMA Supreme insertion, and to examine to what extent remifentanil reduces the dose of propofol and improves conditions for it's insertion.
The aim of this study was evaluate the effects of the oral probiotic Lactobacillus reuteri Prodentis upon the peri-implant health of edentulous patients with dental implants and peri-implant mucositis, establishing comparisons versus implants without peri-implant disease. The hypothesis of the study is that using these probiotics are going to improve the periimplant health.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of PCI-32765 (ibrutinib) administered in combination with either bendamustine and rituximab (BR) or rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in adult participants with previously treated indolent Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of ASP0113 compared to placebo in reducing the incidence of cytomegalovirus (CMV) viremia in CMV-seronegative subjects receiving a kidney from a CMV-seropositive donor. This study also evaluated the safety of ASP0113 in this patient population.
Non-randomized, open label, multicentric translational research study in women with untreated invasive breast carcinoma eligible for primary surgery (Stage I-IIIA). The aim of PAMELA is to test the hypothesis that PAM50 HER2-enriched (HER2-E) subtype better predicts response to neoadjuvant dual anti-HER2 blockade, with or without endocrine therapy, compared to traditional clinical HER2 classification. Furthermore, we posit that characterization of gene expression patterns may identify profiles of those who may be safely spared chemotherapy.
To compare the plasma pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters of q24h versus q12h dosing of abacavir in HIV-1-infected infants and children aged 3 months to 36 months The secondary objectives of PENTA15 were: To compare the plasma PK parameters of q24h versus q12h dosing of lamivudine in HIV-1-infected infants and children aged 3 months to 36 months who were receiving lamivudine in combination with abacavir To compare age-related differences in the PK parameters of q24h versus q12h dosing of abacavir and lamivudine infants and children in 3 age groups (≥3 to <12 months, ≥12 to <24 months and ≥24 to <36 months) To describe child and family acceptability of and adherence to q24h compared to q12h dosage regimens of abacavir and lamivudine
This trial is conducted in Europe and Asia. The aim of the trial is to investigate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (the exposure of the trial drug in the body) and pharmacodynamics (the effect of the investigated drug on the body) of a single dose of long-acting growth hormone (NNC0195-0092, somapacitan) compared to daily dosing of Norditropin® SimpleXx® (somatropin) in children with growth hormone deficiency.
This is a study investigating the effect of various SENSIMED Triggerfish sensor lens sizes on the recorded IOP related patterns in 10 healthy volunteers. Each volunteers receives 4 24-hours sessions of pattern recording on one selected eye (study eye). Each of the sensor lens sizes is placed on the eye in the different sessions. Subjects visit the study site for installation and removal of the device and accompanying exams, but remain ambulatory during the recording.
The purpose of this study was to examine how well two medicines (solifenacin succinate and mirabegron) combined work compared to each medicine alone in the treatment of bladder problems.
