NCT ID: NCT04539327 Completed - Clinical trials for Fallopian Tube Cancer

Analysis of the Clinical Experience With Rucaparib in the Rucaparib Access Program (RAP) in Spain - A GEICO Study

Start date: July 29, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study consists of a retrospective observational, multicenter study in which the fundamental exposure factor being investigated is a drug (rucaparib). A clinical database will be built including clinical data in three scenarios of rucaparib treatment: (1) platinum-sensitive BRCA-mutated patients after progression, (2) maintenance therapy in patients after a platinum-sensitive relapse in response, and (3) treatment therapy in BRCA-mutated patients who are currently platinum-resistant. The specific objectives of the study are: - To describe patient characteristics/medical history, safety, efficacy, and dosing of on-label treatment with rucaparib in real-world patients (real-world data). - To describe patient characteristics/medical history, safety, efficacy, and dosing of all patients treated with rucaparib (including patients with on-label treatment and others) in real-world patients (real-world data). - To show that data obtained in clinical trials could be reproduced in non-screened patients.

The objective of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and glucose-raising effects of RZ358 in patients with Congenital Hyperinsulinism (HI).

NCT ID: NCT04538508 Completed - Clinical trials for Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

Radiofrecuency and Supervised Exercise Versus Supervised Exercise in the Treatment of Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome.

Start date: September 7, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study will analyze the effects of a non-invasive radiofrequency diathermy device added to knee exercises on the symptoms of patellofemoral pain syndrome. For this aim, a randomized clinical trial will be carried out with a control group that will perform supervised exercises and an experimental group that will add radiofrequency diathermy to supervised exercises. Diathermy treatment will be performed along three weeks, ten treatment sessions in total, while supervised exercises will be performed daily. Outcomes to measure will include pain, knee function and quality of life

NCT ID: NCT04538365 Completed - Antisepsis Clinical Trials

Pre-surgical Antisepsis of Hands After Washing With Triclosan 0.5% Compared to Propan-1-ol 60%

Start date: October 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The present study evaluates the effects of bactericidal load reduction after surgical hand scrub antisepsis using the reference antiseptic product propanol- 1 60% as control versus a surgical hand scrub antisepsis with triclosan 0.5% in order to test if pass the standard european norm 12791.

NCT ID: NCT04537923 Completed - Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Trials

A Study of Tirzepatide (LY3298176) Versus Insulin Lispro (U100) in Participants With Type 2 Diabetes Inadequately Controlled on Insulin Glargine (U100) With or Without Metformin

SURPASS-6
Start date: October 19, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to compare the safety and efficacy of the study drug tirzepatide to insulin lispro (U100) three times a day in participants with type 2 diabetes that are already on insulin glargine (U100), with or without metformin.

NCT ID: NCT04537715 Completed - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

Study to Describe the Interaction Between Tazemetostat and Itraconazole and Between Tazemetostat and Rifampin in Participants With Advanced Cancer

Start date: April 23, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The participants of this study will have advanced malignancies (also known as advanced cancer). The main aim of this trial will be to study the blood levels (known as pharmacokinetics) of the tazemtostat (the study drug) when administered in combination with another drug. Part 1 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and itraconazole. Part 2 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and rifampin For both Parts 1 and 2, safety and the level that effects of the study drug can be tolerated (known as tolerability) will be assessed throughout.

NCT ID: NCT04536792 Completed - Healthy Volunteers Clinical Trials

A Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of AG-946 in Healthy Volunteers and in Participants With Sickle Cell Disease

Start date: July 10, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of AG-946 in healthy volunteers after oral administration of single ascending doses (SAD) and multiple ascending doses (MAD) of AG-946 over 14 or up to 28 days of dosing, and to identify a range of doses that are safe and pharmacologically active in participants with sickle cell disease. The SAD and MAD parts of the study will be randomized and double-blinded, and will assess the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of AG-946 as well as the effect of food (SAD only) on the pharmacokinetics (PK) of AG-946. The sickle cell disease (SCD) part of the study will be non-randomized and open-label, and is designed to identify 1 or more safe and tolerable dose(s) of AG-946 with potential activity in the treatment of participants with sickle cell disease (SCD).
