NCT ID: NCT06117670 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Gamma-irradiated Amniotic Membrane Graft in Posterior Colporrhaphy

Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the benefit of using gamma-irradiated amniotic membrane as a graft in surgical repair for women with posterior vaginal wall defects. The main question it aims to answer is: • Is posterior colporrhaphy using gamma-irradiated amniotic membrane as a graft effective? Participants will undergo posterior colporrhaphy, which will be modified by adding gamma-irradiated amniotic membrane as a graft during the repair.

NCT ID: NCT06117436 Recruiting - Wound Heal Clinical Trials

Impact of Cilostazol Versus Cilostazol and Selenium Combination on the Healing of Diabetic Foot Ulcer Patients

Start date: October 19, 2023
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The growing incidence of DM can lead to the increased prevalence of diabetic foot complications, which have become a serious medical, social, and economic concern of global importance. this study aims to find a novel intervention that improve wound healing in diabetic foot ulcer to improve patients' quality of life, reduce amputation rate, and reduce the mortality rate among diabetic foot ulcer patients

NCT ID: NCT06116227 Recruiting - Burns Clinical Trials

Whole-Body Vibration Training On Thermal Burn Injury In Pediatrics

Start date: October 30, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

60 Patients with partial and full thickness thermal burns of the lower limb and trunk will be indiscriminately assigned to study group Group A(Study group): 30 patients received whole body vibration training on a vibration platform 12-15 minutes, 5 times per week, plus traditional physical therapy exercise program in the form of 60 minutes supervised exercise program for 8 weeks. Group B (control group):30 patients will receive a traditional physical therapy program. The program consists of 60 minutes of supervised stretching exercise to all involved joints followed by strengthening for affected muscles for 8 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT06115668 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Positive End-expiratory Pressure

Individualized Positive End-Expiratory Pressure (PEEP) on Oxygenation, Hemodynamics, and Early Postoperative Atelectasis in Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery

Start date: November 5, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of intraoperative individualized positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEPIND) titration, compared to fixed positive end-expiratory pressure of 5 cmH2O, on oxygenation, hemodynamic variables, and early postoperative complications in obese patients undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery.

NCT ID: NCT06115473 Recruiting - Shock Clinical Trials

Epinephrine to Prevent Postintubation Collapse in Shocked ICU Patients

Start date: August 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Endotracheal intubation is a lifesaving procedure that is performed in various settings within the hospital or even in the pre-hospital field. However, it can result in serious hemodynamic complications, such as post-intubation hypotension (PIH) and cardiac arrest. Push-dose pressor (PDP) is common practice for rapid hemodynamic correction in post-intubation hypotension. In this study the investigators will use intravenous Epinephrine bolus for prevention of post intubation collapse in septic patients predicted by shock index in intensive care unit.

NCT ID: NCT06115434 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Urinary Bladder Cancer

Comparing Operative, Postoperative and Quality of Life of Patients After Salvage and Radical Cystectomy

Start date: January 30, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

To compare operative difficulties, type of urinary diversion, intraoperative & postoperative complications and quality of life in patients underwent radical cystectomy and those after salvage cystectomy.

NCT ID: NCT06115421 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Anemia in Dialysis-dependent CKD Patients

Effect of Low Doses of Hypoxia-inducible Factor- Prolyl Hydroxylase Enzyme Inhibitor Plus Iron in the Treatment of Anemia in Dialysis-dependent Chronic Kidney Disease Patients

Start date: May 24, 2023
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

this study aims to : 1. To compare the efficacy of combining low doses of Roxadustat Hypoxia-Inducible Factor (HIF)-Prolyl Hydroxylase (PHD) inhibitor and iron versus standard treatment with erythropoietin-stimulating agents (ESA) in the treatment of anemia as a complication of chronic kidney disease (CKD) among dialysis-dependent patients. 2. To emphasize the safety profile of low doses of Roxadustat HIF-PHD. 3. To assess changes in the quality of life of patients with kidney disease before and after treatment.

NCT ID: NCT06115408 Recruiting - Uterine Leiomyoma Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Using Dienogest and N-Acetyl Cysteine on the Volume of Uterine Leiomyoma

Start date: July 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This 2 arm randomized clinical trial will assess the impact of Dienogest and N-Acetyl Cysteine on volume reduction of uterine leiomyoma
