NCT ID: NCT03276611 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Obstructive Sleep Apnea of Adult

Assessment of Pulmonary Artery Pressure and Right Sided Hemodynamics in Patients With OSA Before and After CPAP TTT

Start date: April 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a frequent sleep-related breathing disorder with an incidence of 5-20% in the middle-aged population in Europe and Northern America . plumonary hypertension is present in 12%-34% of patients with osa.continous positive air way pressureis the main standard treatment ofOSA.Echocardiograghy is the most common non invasive imaging method for assessment the effect on right ventricular function.

NCT ID: NCT03276273 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Renal Failure Acute Chronic

Bispectral-Electroencephalography (EEG) in First Time Hemodialysis

BIS7
Start date: May 1, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The severity of minimal dialysis disequilibrium syndrome (DDS) is currently detected and graded clinically using clinical criteria. Bispectral Index (BIS), an electroencephalographic (EEG) derived parameter is widely used in anesthesia and Critical Care setting to detect effects of anesthetic/hypnotic drugs. The aim of our study was to assess the discriminative power of BIS monitoring to accurately detect DDS.

NCT ID: NCT03276000 Recruiting - Misoprostol Allergy Clinical Trials

Misoprostol for Cervical Priming Before Office Hysteroscopy

Start date: October 1, 2017
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The objective of the present study is to evaluate the appropriate route of administration of misoprostol, either oral or vaginal, for cervical priming to facilitate the procedure of office hysteroscopy and reduce patient discomfort to minimum

NCT ID: NCT03272282 Recruiting - Labor Complication Clinical Trials

Paperless Parotograph in Evaluation of Labour

labourRecord
Start date: January 12, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

Using Paperless partograph management of labour as simple tool to prevent obstructed labour or prolonged labour or its complications at the mother or her fetus

NCT ID: NCT03269838 Recruiting - Clinical trials for ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Correlation of QT Dispersion With Myocardial Perfusion in Patients With ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction Treated by Primary Per Cutaneous Coronary Intervention

Start date: July 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To correlate QT dispersion on 12-lead surface ECG with myocardial reperfusion evaluated by myocardial blush grade and Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow grades in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction treated by Primary Per cutaneous coronary intervention

NCT ID: NCT03268330 Recruiting - System; Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Role of Macrophage Migratory Inhibitory Factor in Systemic Sclerosis

Start date: September 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Migration Inhibitory Factor has proliferative and antiapoptotic actions on fibroblasts which may be relevant to scleroderma because of the central role of a dysregulated fibroproliferative response in disease-affected tissues

NCT ID: NCT03267446 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Antepartum Hemorrhage

Doppler Imaging and Morbidly Adherent Placenta

Start date: August 29, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to assess the value of adding 3D power Doppler (as a diagnostic technique) to gray scale technique in the antenatal diagnosis of morbidly adherent placenta as well as predict the surgical outcome regarding the type of surgery and the intra operative morbidities.

NCT ID: NCT03267355 Recruiting - Pancreatic Diseases Clinical Trials

Indications and Outcomes of Endoscopic Ultrasound in Tanta

Start date: January 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim is to evaluate the initial experience for the indications and outcomes of EUS in Tanta university hospital.

NCT ID: NCT03266432 Recruiting - DIC Syndrome Clinical Trials

Thromboelastometry Guided DIC Prevention After Cesarean Section in Pregnant Women With Placenta Previa

DIC
Start date: August 28, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Evaluation of the use of thromboelastometry for early identification of the underlying coagulopathy and to guide individualized transfusion therapy to prevent DIC development during ICU stay after cesarean section in women with placenta previa who require a massive blood transfusion.

NCT ID: NCT03264053 Recruiting - Crestal Bone Loss Clinical Trials

Socket Shield Technique Versus Conventional Immediate Implant Placement in Thin Buccofacial Bone

Start date: August 20, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Buccal bone is prone to resorb after tooth extraction specially with immediate tooth implantation which could compromise the esthetics of the patient. socket shield technique retains the buccal aspect of the extracted root fragment which may help in preventing the buccal bone from resorbing and prevent esthetics deterioration
