NCT ID: NCT03533283 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma

An Open-Label Phase lB/II Study of Glofitamab and Atezolizumab or Polatuzumab Vedotin in Adult Patients With Relapsed/Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: May 8, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, single arm, multicenter, dose finding, Phase Ib study in order to assess the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) for this combination treatment and to evaluate the general safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of this combination treatment in adult patients. This study includes an additional open-label imaging feasibility sub-study using a tracer in adult participants with relpased/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma to image CD8+T-cells at baseline and after treatment with glofitamab, including pre-treatment with obinutuzumab.

NCT ID: NCT03531463 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Proximal Humeral Fracture

The Nordic DeltaCon Trial for Displaced Proximal Humeral Fractures in Elderly

DeltaCon
Start date: October 1, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The Nordic DeltaCon Trial is a prospective, single-blinded, randomized, controlled, multi-center and multi-national trial comparing reverse prosthesis and non-operative treatment in displaced proximal humerus fractures, in the elderly patients aged 65 to 85 years with displaced OTA/AO group B2 or C2 fractures (According to the new 2018 revision: AO/OTA (Orthopaedic Trauma Association) group 11-B1.1, 11-B1.2 and 11-C1.1, 11-C3.1. )

NCT ID: NCT03527121 Active, not recruiting - Ankle Sprains Clinical Trials

Management of Acute Lateral Ankle Sprains

Start date: May 22, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the effectiveness of pain guided early weight bearing as a means to enhance the outcome of acute lateral ankle sprain. Half of the participants will receive advice and instructions in pain guided early weight bearing plus a written home-based exercise program, while the other half will receive advice and instructions following standard operating procedures at site.

NCT ID: NCT03525964 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Achilles Tendon Rupture

Individualized Treatment of Acute Achilles Tendon Rupture

Start date: October 2, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To asses the functional outcome after individualized treatment of acute achilles tendon rupture. The treatment is individualizes on the basis of ultrasonographic status of tendon overlap and Barfod's Ultrasonographic length measure. Patients are allocated for operative treatment if there the tendon overlap is less than 25 % or the tendon is elongated with 7% or more compared to the healthy, contralateral achilles tendon. The study includes two control groups of non-operative and operative treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03524092 Active, not recruiting - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

A Maintenance Study of Mirikizumab in Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis

LUCENT 2
Start date: October 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirikizumab as maintenance therapy in participants who completed as clinical responders in the prior 12-week induction study LUCENT-1 (NCT03518086).

NCT ID: NCT03523858 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PMS)

A Study to Evaluate Ocrelizumab Treatment in Participants With Progressive Multiple Sclerosis

CONSONANCE
Start date: May 28, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is a prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-arm effectiveness and safety study in participants with progressive multiple sclerosis (PMS).

NCT ID: NCT03522792 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Physiology - Regulation of Appetite and Food Intake

Neurotensin - an Important Regulator of Appetite in Humans?

NIRAH
Start date: January 5, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Neurotensin (NT) is a gut peptide released postprandially from the small intestine. It is known to exert a range of enterogastrone effects and in animal models it reduces food intake when administered by parenteral routes. This study investigates whether the anorexic effects of NT suggested by animal studies can be translated.

NCT ID: NCT03522246 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Fallopian Tube Cancer

A Study in Ovarian Cancer Patients Evaluating Rucaparib and Nivolumab as Maintenance Treatment Following Response to Front-Line Platinum-Based Chemotherapy

ATHENA

Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 3, randomized, multinational, double-blind, dual placebo-controlled, 4-arm study evaluating rucaparib and nivolumab as maintenance treatment following response to front-line treatment in newly diagnosed ovarian cancer patients. Response to treatment will be analyzed based on homologous recombination (HR) status of tumor samples.
